He literately ask if it was a sin and said it was because he thought that was the answer he was supposed to say. I don't think it's a sin and it's only going to lead to angst if he thinks it is. Maybe it was a sign from God that you need to find a Girlfriend?

It has to come out sometime! I feel sorry for men who are so worried about their normal sex drives. Wet dreams are normal, so is masturbation. It's inappropriate content and lust of the eye that is the sin.
