Cheers 'Anthony!'Sitting in front of the telly and Christmas trees eating lattice minced pies! View attachment 267999
Hallelujah! But how sad, the very thing the lost wish to continue to cherish a response to God's promised Gift,'And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered and she brought forth her first born son and wrapped Him in swaddling clothes and laid Him in a manger because there was no room for them in the inn' (Luke 2:6-7)
That will be awesome. Have a great time,'Anthony'I'm off to the Cathedral Illuminated 2019 show at Lichfield this evening. The whole cathedral (inside and out) will be lit up with dazzling light shows and displays with music. A spectacular way to celebrate Christmas!
that sounds great!Have just been out to a street carol singing event. Neighbours from a local church gather at the front of their house each year, have a few musicians playing and sing carols and share the message of Christmas, while people who live in the street come and join in. Refreshments are on offer including mince pies, sweets, shortbread, mulled wine.
Away from the high street, the dazzling lights and shopping crowds, I love the little traditions people have to keep Christmas special. The neighbours meet every year in the street and there is always a good turnout.that sounds great!
