Yes..... an exceptionally well informed poster gave me a reply to a topic that I began a few weeks ago that made sense out of why only the Father would know the day or the hour of either the Rapture and / or the Second Coming......

The answer had something to do with Jewish wedding customs and traditions.....

Yes...... there has to be some reason as to why the nations are so angry at the time of the testimony of the two witnesses. Could it be that the nations feel that the two witnesses are like Janes and Jambres who withstood Moses?????????

Tradition has it, if I remember correctly, that Janes and Jambres were the two sons of Balaam (the magicians of Egypt who seemed to know their stuff in their stand off with Moses).... Balaam met with King Balak in the Book of Numbers.

We are living in a truly strange time period when one film production crew could rent or lease a large percentage of one half of Jerusalem..... and a different film production crew could rent or lease much of the other half of Jerusalem....... and what Zechariah saw might NOT be simply what was actually taking place?????

The seven year treaty or agreement of Daniel...... might have much more to it than we would tend to imagine..... before this time period of 2019 when film production has taken some strange twists and turns..

Now I admit that this subject is somewhat complex because it is clearly predicted that after Messiah Yeshua - Jesus reigns over the earth for one thousand years then...... even the Ancient of Days the Father comes down to the earth so in a sense..... earth becomes heaven..... I think?!

We're already in the 1000nyear reign of Christ. In 300 years, we believers of today will be worshipping God in Heaven. After all he told the thief pn the cross that this day he would see him in Heaven.

Yes... the phrase Climate Change replaced Global Warming partly due to the fact
that President George W. Bush and P. M. Stephen Harper may well have deliberately decided to DO NOTHING.... and instead allow Global Dimming to delay a general

You could be correct......
back in 1995 one astonishingly gifted Christian author met Lot then Jonah then Abel then Adam in a dream..... and this may well have been a partial fulfillment of Isaiah 30 of us being guided by the saints from previous time periods........

pastors capable of convincing the young boy that his near death experience account seemed to contradict their understanding of the Bible.........

... now the young boy sure didn't want to mess with his mom...... who he depended on....... or with the Bible.... so he recanted his near death experience account based on the .... (in my opinion).... seriously flawed understanding of Sola Scritura by several well intentioned.... but I believe......WRONG ..... pastors and voila........ the mom was able to get the best selling near death experience account off the markets and give the followers of Richard Dawkins Ph. Keep in mind. When Jesus gave the sermon on the mount he was a rabbi speaking to Jews, according to promises for the Jews.

The Jews were awaiting the Messiah that would rule over them. Rule over them on a new earth. While teaching the Jews Jesus kept to OT Messianic teachings that they had been aware of from what is found in the Torah.

Now? Is the Church also to live on the New Earth with the Messiah ruling over them? No. Not really.

"My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so,
would I have told you that I am going there to prepare
a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I
will come back and take you to be with me that you also
may be where I am." Jn 14:2-3

The Church has been promised heavenly homes in heaven! Not on the new earth. OT and Tribulation saints will inherit the new earth. They are not the Bride of Christ. The Church is not to be ruled over by the Messiah on earth. But, rather. The Church is to rule with Him over those living on the new earth.

Our home will be in Heaven. Our job will be to "commute" to earth in a twinkling of an eye and (for those who qualify) to have authority over the nations with Christ. During the Millennium Christ is to be the Head over all ruler-ship. We will get our orders from Him in ruling those on earth.

Our homes will be gloriously situated above. We will not be on this earth other than to commute to help govern the Millennium generations under the Lord Jesus Christ.

The confusing part probably stems from the term..."New Heavens and New Earth."

The Millennium will be a new heaven and a new earth. The lion will lay down with a lamb, etc... That will be this planet having a transformed world gracing its surface. For almost 1000 years the Lord will have this earth perfectly free of false teachings. If anyone dares to rebel His iron scepter will smash it and break it up.

In other words? After a few examples of what happens to those who dared to disobey the Lord? There will be an appearance of perfect law and order.

But, as with the angels in the beginning with God. Certain men will be seething inside and desiring to break free of the Lord's rule. God needs to weed them out before He can move onto the next New Heavens and New Earth. So, to weed then out? The Lord releases Satan for a short while. Satan has the audacious arrogance and over confidence needed to lead the rebels to challenge the Lord. Satan will gather all malcontents and organize them to attack the Lord.

When that happens? The Lord says to Himself.. "Thank you" And, proceeds to wipe from existence every last soul against Him.

When that takes place? And, only believers are left alive? THEN! This planet and the universe will be burned up in a gigantic atomic fission/fusion.

Then? God replaces this temporal creation with an everlasting New Heavens and New Earth, for all to enjoy forever to live on, except the Church. For the Church will always have our home situated in Heaven. For where the eternal King's Throne is found? His Queen sits next to Him.

Another point, about resurrection..

In the resurrection of the Church our bodies will be just like His glorious body. His glorious body consists of the elements of Heaven. He no longer has the body consisting of the dust of this earth. For this earth is doomed to cease existing.

For those destined to live on the New everlasting Earth after the Millennium ends? Like Adam's body consisted of the elements of the earth? The future saints to live on the everlasting New Earth will have bodies consisting of the everlasting elements of the New Everlasting Earth. Our resurrection bodies will not all be the same as their's.

After the Millennium ends.. The following will take place in the hands of the Lord!

Its beautiful to comprehend!

"But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which
the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements
will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are
in it will be burned up. Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless
we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth the home of Righteousness." 2 Pet 3:9-11

When the Millennium ends this present earth and heavens will be burned up down to its elements. That will take place after the Millennium ends! Nuclear fission and fusion! All gone!

Then... a new creation will appear from the Lord's hands. The second New Heavens and new Earth. Unlike the new heavens and earth of the Millennium the next creation will be everlasting.

Learned from my pastor who taught us from the Greek... the everlasting New Earth will be called?... "the Home of Righteousness."

I have no delusions of physically surviving for 300 years, and have no idea when the second coming of Christ will be, so most likely I'll be with Him in spirit, waiting for the second coming and resurrection

Three hundred years from now where will you be? Heaven or a utopian earth?
