You know, we once had a guy walk into our church during a staff meeting claiming to be the "resurrected Apostle John". This appeared to be based solely on the fact that his name was also John. He seemed to be looking for us to confirm this for him. Which we did not. Instead we said we could pray with him to get him set free. After some incomprehensible chatter he agreed to let us pray for him. So we started by saying "in the name of Jesus". At this point he got very upset and began to yell, "In the name of WHOOOO?" This was the point we kindly told him we had to go and therefore so did he... Clearly "Resurrected Apostle John" had some things he was struggling with, but he did not want to face them.
You remind me of him. I truly hope you find some healing.
There are many fakes. It confuses me how the bible and way of God makes so much perfect logical sense to me. Yet there is so much resistance when trying to explain it. I believe its because you don't want to take responsibility for yourself, you want to believe in human constructed fantasy yet that is how things work in reality. Even the bible describes everything I say yet there's just some weird cult like mentality which makes people think they know God better than God. Like scientists labeling theory as true without any proof. Then when one comes a long and says 'this is what you must do for proof' they say, 'no the theory is already correct it needs no proof.'
Saying I'm wrong is like saying the sun isn't hot, eternity is changeless.
