Forgive me everyone here. My nerves are all shot now and I'm getting sick. Can someone please explain to me what these sins are? I'm freaking out that I committed any of them

Revelation is symbolic not literal and if you blasphemed the Holy Spirit (which is the only unforgivable sin period) you would not be asking any questions because you would not care. As we care here you need to get some medical help for your illness and relax, which I know is easier said than done. Prayers for you

Don't be sorry my friend, I know on a personal level what this is like and only with a Doctor's help can it be taken care of.

Those are pretty specific sins on the list, you can't have done 3 of them because they haven't happened (like you said, 2, 3 and 5) and unless you've published your own Bible I'm not seeing how you could have done #4. And frankly, if you committed #1 you probably wouldn't care, so since you DO care that would seem to say you haven't done that one.

You have not come anywhere close to committing the unforgivable sin.
If there were a modern counterpart to this sin, then the closest anyone would get would be to go into the crowds and publically curse Jesus, knowing fully well who He is, but doing it deliberately, spitefully and with full consent. It is very unlikely that a person that had reached such a hardened state would ever pray to God and seek His forgiveness. But I believe that if they did sincerely repent, then God would abundantly forgive.

Let me encourage you to go to Jesus *first*. Cry out to Him, tell Him your fears. Acknowledge you have fallen short in your desire to follow Him. Ask Him to fill you to overflowing with the power of the Holy Spirit; ask for His guidance.

You could not have committed any of those sins see Is there an unpardonable sin, what is blasphemy of the holy spirit. for reasons why.
