ONLY ONE GOSPEL FOR EVERYONE

Galatians 1:6-9
I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, 7 which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. 9 As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed.

Peter and Paul preached the same Gospel because there is only ONE GOSPEL

There is ONE body, and ONE Spirit, even as ye are called in ONE hope of your calling; ONE Lord, ONE faith, ONE baptism, ONE God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. -Eph 4:4-6

Since I've been preaching the gospel on the internet I’ve stumbled upon a variety of neatly gift-wrapped packages of multiple gospels: crossless gospels, bloodless gospels, false Jesus gospels, mechanical gospels, rewards gospels, lose your salvation gospels, and a VARIETY of dispensational gospels. But no matter how shiny the wrapper, how enticing the fragrance, and how much they tickle the ears, every false gospel is a WORKS GOSPEL! Because any other other gospel is NO GOSPEL AT ALL!!!

We have two groups of people in this world… Jews and Gentiles; no more no less.
Who is first in line for this ONE Gospel?... The JEWS. Just because this Gospel was offered to them first does not mean there are multiple gospels. Both groups were invited to the same Gospel party, but the invitations were handed out in a specific order… Jews first and then the Gentiles. And we have proof of this throughout the New Testament. Even though Paul was commissioned for the majority to the Gentiles and Peter to the Jews it does not mean they preached separate Gospels.

Not only did Peter preach the Gospel in Acts 2, but he and Paul both were CHOSEN BY GOD to preach the Gospel to both Jews and Gentiles.

PETER TO BOTH GROUPS:
Acts 15:7-11
And when there had been much dispute, Peter rose up and said to them: “Men and brethren, you know that a good while ago GOD CHOSE AMONG US, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the WORD OF THE GOSPEL and believe. 8 So God, who knows the heart, acknowledged them by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He did to us, 9 and made NO DISTINCTION between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith. 10 Now therefore, why do you test God by putting a yoke on the neck of the disciples which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? 11 But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved in the same manner as they.”

PAUL TO BOTH GROUPS:
Acts 9:15
But the Lord said to him, “Go, for he is a chosen vessel of Mine to bear My name before GENTILES, kings, and the CHILDREN OF ISRAEL. 16 For I will show him how many things he must suffer for My name’s sake.”

1 Corinthians 9:19-23
For though I am free from all men, I have made myself a servant to all, that I might win the more; 20 and to the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might win Jews; to those who are under the law, as under the law, that I might win those who are under the law; 21 to those who are without law, as without law (not being without law toward God, but under law toward Christ), that I might win those who are without law; 22 to the weak I became as weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all men, that I might by all means save some. 23 Now this I do for the gospel’s sake, that I may be partaker of it with you.

1 Corinthians 1:23
but we preach Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling block and to the Greeks foolishness,

Romans 1:16
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.

Galatians 3:28
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 4:4-6
There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

There is only ONE GOSPEL! There is not another!! What could have happened, is not what did happen! (((that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures, that He was buried, and that He rose on the third day according to the scriptures)))… end of story! Multiple gospels means multiple saviors! Do we partake of more than one communion? Are we so foolish to divide the Gospel of Christ?? Never!! We do not treat His blood as an unholy thing!! And since there is only one Savior… we have only ONE Gospel!! We are not of those who leave sound doctrine in these last days... We are of those who were purchased by the PRECIOUS BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST!!

Grace and Peace...

I'm sure glad Peter and Paul never saw your post.
Had they believed it, they would never have done so much work as a result of their conversion.
Is "hearing" a work?
How about "believing"?
How about "having faith"?
How about "confessing past sins"?
How about "repenting from all sin"?
How about "baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of past sins"?
How about "asking for the gift of the Holy Ghost"?
How about "remaining faithful till the end"?

Your doctrine of no works has been abducted from the no more circumcision and dietary laws intent which Paul contended for by the "keep-on sinning it won't matter" crowd.
I really hope that is not your intent.

hey! Aren't false teaching tickling the ears MORE POPULAR than the truth ?
Same with false gospels ?

WHY BEWARE THEM ? People WANT THEM, don't they ?

/counter intuitive reverse
The false gospels draw the crowds. We see this in the mega-conferences and churches led by the Prosperity preachers. They preach what people want to hear.

A faithful preacher of the Word who preaches the finished work of Christ, the need for repentance and holiness, that people can be poor and sick and still be in the total will of God, will be blessed if he can get a couple of hundred going to his church.

Jesus had thousands of disciples following Him when there were free meals and healing of sickness and disease on demand. But when He start talking about dying for their sins, and their need to identify with His death, most of them departed from Him, because all they wanted were the material blessings, but not the true commitment that the Lord required of them.

The crowds want to hear the prosperity preaching, and the promises of healing and provision of better homes and vehicles, but when called upon to suffer, take up their cross to follow Jesus in repentance and holiness, denying self, and even being prepared to die rather than deny Him, they walk away from Him, because that is the religion they don't want. Then we are left with the faithful few who are prepared to go all the way with Christ, even to death if necessary.

What about the “eternal security” gospel? That didn’t begin until 1500 years after the church was established. Throughout the earliest church writings you will find conditional salvation.

Where in the Bible does it say that a believer who has total faith in Christ for his salvation, is taking up his cross and following Jesus daily, is not eternally secure?

I "see" your contrast of one the toward the other.
We do have our part to play on our way to the final judgement.

That’s conditional salvation. Such a believer is also required to remain in Christ to receive salvation.

Yes some say once a person believes there’s nothing they can do to lose their salvation. That is a reformed misconception.

YES THEY DO!! MORE THAN I EVER THOUGHT!!

A grace that is sufficient does not feed the flesh; therefore it is always under attack!!

So much of Western Christianity is stained with doctrines that accommodate the flesh: lose your salvation, calvinism, lordship salvation, annihilationism, legalism, crossless gospels, bloodless gospels, gospels without Jesus, universal redemption, universal reconciliation, no sin doctrines, ecumenical gospels, blah, blah, blah… All seeking to undermine the power that gives no glory to the flesh... Jesus Christ and Him Crucified!!

What about me, myself, and I?? We want some of that glory, we deserve something... You don’t have right to tell us to rest In peace! What about “license to sin”? What about “lose your salvation”? What about this, that, and the other thing? Let me tell you… THEY HAVE BEEN CRUCIFIED WITH CHRIST!!...

Was I really crucified with Christ??

YES, Jesus paid it all! The self we loath was on the cross with Christ Jesus!! Faith without works IS DEAD, but faith in a GRACE THAT IS SUFFICIENT is ALIVE!! God's Grace does not produce works of wood, hay, and stubble, but works that will stand the test of fire. Faith operating in the jurisdiction of God’s Grace is ALIVE, producing works that are alive, because they are done through the power of Christ in us!! But this is not, however, what the flesh wants to hear. And boy does it ever rise up in opposition when someone proclaims His Grace is sufficient!! A one-dimensional salvation, is a salvation mixed with the flesh, leading to works of unrighteousness. Stained with a righteousness that is nothing more than filthy rags. Contrary to the righteousness that gave His life for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day!!

Has Christ not risen from the tomb? Has SALVATION not risen from the tomb? Has sanctification, redemption, victory, hope, truth, and peace, not risen from the tomb? We don’t carry with us a salvation that is dead, but one that is ALIVE!! A victory that is ALIVE! A sanctification that is ALIVE! An intersession that is ALIVE! Does our salvation not STAND day and night interceding on our behalf?? This is the power of His Cross!! This is the power that raised Christ from the dead!! This is CHRIST IN US!! And against CHRIST there is no LAW!!

1 Corinthians 2:2
For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.

Galatians 6:14
But God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.

Grace and Peace...

That is the only "eternal security" principle that I know of and adhere to. The notion of eternal security for those who wilfully continue in sin, showing that, although they may have adopted the Christian religion, they are not truly converted to Christ and therefore are still lost and will end up in hell if they don't embrace Christ Himself. Just because a person is a great church member, deacon, elder, or even a pastor, living a moral life, kind to animals and children, great family man and loving husband, involved in community good works, does make him a genuine, converted believer in Christ.

FAKE ID

“License to sin” is a term often used by those who believe they can lose their salvation to slander those who preach and defend Christ Crucified. They use this term in their own ignorance because to their understanding the cross is not enough. Surely, something from themselves must be added to His sacrifice to extinguish their own sinful desires. Unable to see how this counterfeit license has no authority in the real jurisdiction of God's Grace. Why? Because that old man has been crucified with Christ! So their ‘license to sin' has been issued to a dead man; therefore it is nothing more than a fake ID. A fake ID that appears to be valid in the absence of the knowledge of His finished work. If they can’t see the finality of His sacrifice, than the only thing visible to them is a grace that is “insufficient”. Because without the knowledge of truth they are in bondage to the very license they use to condemn God’s Grace. From outside His grace looking in they are unable to see the death of their old man, which forces them to remain in bondage to their flesh through a works salvation. All because their co-death with Christ is nothing more than a figurative, symbolic, metaphoric, hyperbole that is far removed from the REALITY that proclaims… I HAVE BEEN CRUCIFIED WITH CHRIST!!

Galatians 2:20-21
I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain.”

John says that the person who is born of God cannot sin. So, if someone professes to be a Christian believer and thinks he has licence to sin, it could be thought that the person is not truly born of God at all.

That person must also think that grape vines can bring forth figs.

I can't make you see that your eternal life is eternal, and that it's impossible to be uncrucified with Christ. Only God can do that. And believe me I KNOW because I once persecuted those who believed their eternal life was eternal!

1 Timothy 2:4
who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Early on in my walk as a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ I thought I could lose my salvation. I was afraid to look into the freedom of His grace FOR FEAR OF MYSELF, but when I came to the end of myself and lifted my hands to the Father with nothing left to give, I saw His blood was sufficient! The fear of myself (some call license to sin) became a freedom from myself. The fear of accepting a "license to sin" was washed away by the endless mercy that flows from the Cross where my Savior bled and died!

Before this point I was ready to challenge anybody with the main exhortations in Hebrews and James and show them that their eternal life was not eternal. And that human effort, or lack of, could take away from the finished work of our Lord Jesus Christ. At this point the only thing I could really teach was law and works (with the Cross as a necessary formality); not able to see the awesome power of His Cross. But when the day dawned and the Morning Star rose in my heart, I saw His Grace had a mighty power!! The old man that I once feared would take the driver’s seat had already been taken care of on a Hill called Calvary nearly 2000 years ago!! I saw that being crucified WITH Christ was a FACT! That Christ in me through his cross was not just a metaphor, but the reality of transaction that took place on a lonely Hill called Calvary! And because we were crucified Christ (((WITH))) Christ, washed in his blood, and raised and seated with Christ in the heavenlies; how could we ever be unreconciled in the body of His flesh through death? How could we ever be unwashed, unjustified, undelivered, unsanctified, unforgiven unborn-again? For us to be separated from Christ we would also have to be uncrucified (((WITH))) Christ, and for that to happen Christ would also have to be uncrucified. And we know this is not possible because scripture is clear that Christ suffered (((ONCE))) for sins, the just for the unjust! 1 Peter 3:18 For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit, And for this same reason... "We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body."(2 Cor 4:10)

It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God, and He will chastise His children accordingly, but in a much more perfect way.

Now I can't make people see how the Father sees them through the blood of His dear Son… completely forgiven! But I hope that everyone will come the knowledge that His Grace is sufficient!! For there is a power that never rests in the Grace of God. A far cry from an old man trying to keep that which he never could earn. Oh, the power!! When your heart is ignited by the glory and pure grace of the Son of God!!

I pray that we all seek a deeper understanding of His grace and the power of God that is revealed through it. I've strayed on paths of "spirituality" in the past only to find myself crawling back to the cross. There is a power in the finished work of our Lord Jesus Christ that never runs dry or becomes stagnant. A power that is not human, and gives a peace and joy that passes understanding! The more we believe in the work of His cross the more we will cling to it. Our walk began here, and when it ends, I hope we are still clinging to that old cross!

Romans 8:37-39
No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

The reality is that many church members have just religion which basically amounts to "churchianity" and not genuine Christianity.

What you have stated here applies to genuinely converted believers, as we both are. But the problem is that the churchianity ones appear exactly the same as the genuine Christians. This is explained in Jesus' parable about the wheat and the tares. We are really not going to know who are true and who are false until the angels weed out the false ones from the true one day.

But your is very important and necessary for all to read, because the more you post the truth, the greater is the responsibility to examine ourselves to ensure that we are in the true faith. Turning a churchianity person to genuine conversion to Christ means that you have saved a person from an eternity in hell.

But there will be those who will ignore your attempts for people to see the truth, and when they stand before God and realise that the Lord never knew them, your posts will continue to come up before them for the rest of eternity, and they will wail and gnash their teeth that they did not take your posts seriously enough to make them examine themselves and make their calling and election in Christ sure.
