That's true. It was also pretty obvious to me that she had pneumonia. Been there, done that, twice.

Biden is about the same. He makes a public appearance about once a week and that is about it. It would be a boring 4 years with sleepy Joe because he would want to be taking a nap all the time.

No, if I show up at my doctor's office unannounced and want a routine physical, they have me make an appointment, not fit me in. Also, at least with president's other than Trump, their days are so tightly scheduled that they aren't just going to show up when nothing is scheduled. Everything points to the fact that it was something. I'm not saying that means it is critical or life-threatening, merely they had worries that caused them to get Trump checked out immediately, rather than scheduling it.

Considering the frequency with which Donald is dishonest I think you'd have to be mighty naive to just believe the tale told about the unexpected visit. He's a 73 yr old obese man who acts like he's on amphetamines, doesn't exercise or eat right. Has tantrums all the time, is incoherent often.

Trump didn't show up unannounced at the doctor's office. They simply scheduled it now rather than in Feb like it is normally scheduled. That is what makes it "unscheduled", that it is at a time other than the "normal" time.
And even Presidents don't work 24hr/7days a week. Maybe he had an expected meeting get cancelled or gave up an afternoon off.
