We are not in court. We are in an impeachment inquiry. This does not have to follow the rules of a criminal case.

yep that's true ... she was ahead by 3 points or so. And she won the popular vote by 3,000,000.

Biden is farther ahead of Trump, ... and he's forewarned to pay particularly attention to the swing states.

And ... Trump is no longer a somewhat unknown quantity. Now we know exactly what we'd be getting. Independents are much less supportive of giving Trump a chance ... than they were last election.

That is bearing false witness.

Remember: There are people saying Trump broke laws and betrayed the country, and there are people saying he didn't. The people saying he did are willing to say so and, in fact, actually are saying so under oath. The people saying he didn't are absolutely not willing to say so under oath.

The Senate is majority Republicans... It's going to deny it...
