On 11 Nov. 1918 an armistice was signed that ended the hostilities of The Great War (First World War). That war would redraw the map of Europe, destroy four monarchies and introduce the world the to concepts of 'air power', chemical warfare and 'total war'. The men that fought, both for the Allied Powers as well as the Central Powers, endured a Hell I cannot even begin to imagine.

ApologetiX is a Christian parody band from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The band was founded in 1992, and since then, has played in almost all 50 states, released 35 studio albums, and built up a fan club that includes over 65,000 people. The band is currently composed of J. Jackson on vocals, Keith Haynie on bass guitar, Jimmy "Vegas" Tanner on drums, Bill Hubauer and Chris VonBartheld on keyboard, and Tom Milnes and Tom Tincha (a.k.a. "TNT"), both on lead guitar.

The name ApologetiX is a play on apologetics, the defense of a religious doctrine, in particular, Christian apologetics. The word is used in 1 Peter 3:15: "But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer [defense or "apologia"] to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect..." Their logo, a triquetra, is an ancient symbol that has been adopted by Christians to represent the Holy Trinity.

"Hell Smells" performed by ApologetiX which is a parody of "Hells Bells" performed by AC/DC written by Angus & Malcolm Young.
