Matthew 18:4

God must be approached with child-like innocence and wonder. As soon as you say 'that is what God is' that is what it is. Most believers don't take God seriously enough. They put him up on flimsy foundations of belief and are content with that. The bible's existence lends credit to it's importance. Don't think about or ask what God can do for you or you can do for God but instead ask what God wants you to do.

John 6:28-29 answers the question.

Regards,
John

Belief alone is not enough. You can believe anything you want. You can believe the sun is made out of jello, you can believe ocean water tastes like sprite, it does not change facts and reality.

This is a major problem, you say 'I believe' and that's it you think that's the end of your responsibility, that's the only thing God wants you to do, yet belief is only the first step of a very high staircase. Just like a scientist does not stop at a theory, you should not stop seeking the truth until you find it undoubtedly.

Only the worthy can enter heaven, before death or after. When you take enough steps, the stair case becomes an escalator.

John 6:28-29 is the answer to your question. I did not say it , God did. If you have a problem with that talk to Him about it; not me. I am not confused about it at all. I don't confuse justification with sanctification. There is a difference.

And you can't know what I think? You don't know what I believe. You don't know how God has worked in my life. You know nothing about me except that I answered your question.
Finally, to answer this statement:

Only the worthy can enter heaven, before death or after. When you take enough steps, the stair case becomes an escalator.

John 14:6 is that step.

Regards,
John

It doesn't matter what you believe, the truth remains the truth. If you stop at belief and value only that you will not know truth for a very long time. I am not asking a question but providing answers. I don't know what you think, but I know what is right and if you do not understand me yet then it is apparent you do not understand the truth.

It is inevitable that all will return to heaven eventually, but doing it while alive benefits everyone. It is also the reason Jesus came, to show and teach us first hand what we are capable of.

That part of you which feels the need to debate instead of comprehend cannot enter heaven and never will. I understand its difficult to believe in a prophet due to our extreme rarity, but there's a reason we're rare.

The truth that I understand is found in God's Word. Jesus did not come to show us what we are capable of; He came to save us from ourselves - from our sin otherwise we would not go to heaven.
I do not understand you because you do not understand truth. Your version of truth is nonsense.

I am not going to debate you on the matter of truth. I am not the one who confused. I do not pretend to be a prophet. I will not respond to any more of your nonsense.
You will post a response to this post in which you will probable tell me more about your nonsense, and you can have the last word in this debate.

This is my last word about the matter. In the end, God will have the last word.

John

If you are not in truth then you do not know it.

I'm not pretending or confused. There is only 1 truth, there are not multiple versions. It is very ironic what you say. The truth is not in words, it is in experience only. So I can't describe it I can only teach how to experience. Which the main key is absolute and unconditional forgiveness of all people and things.

Proverbs 14:12
John 4:24
1 John 4:6 (I never even read this line before, but here it is.. something I said already in this thread)

Everything I say is somewhere in the bible, I have never read it front to back I simply look things up knowing they will be there. My knowledge originates from visions of the truth. While yours is fully based on belief.

You must give up your opinions in place of reality. For instance, Jesus never said he was going to die for our sins, that interpretation came after and therefore is irrelevant, it was not the words of God but interpretations of man.

I know what I'm talking about which is why I can go on and on and you must retreat.
