That's ok because, we need to realize
some still don't even know what the
Deep State is?

Blinded
but,
not by the light.

M-Bob
It seems the deep state is anybody who doesn’t think the president has the best interests of the country in mind.

Not for those who don't believe in sedition. Like his policies or not like them....Trump is the elected President and not they.
Define 'sedition' and apply it to this situation. Trump is not inviolate as President. The Constitution, per powers of Congress and Amendment XXV, permits the removal of a President who has lost political strength such that he cannot govern effectively. And, of course, it is sedition to suggest Trump should not be opposed.

And why would the president with a mandate to “drain the swamp” consider hiring them on? Tillerson in particular being an ExxonMobile exec before being hired on could hardly be called “deep state” considering he had no prior role in the government.
Power corrupts. That's been the case throughout human history and remains so today. The US Dept of State has accumulated immense power.

Let's say Tillerson actually had a better plan than Trump. (That probably wouldn't surprise anyone.) If he did, then Tillerson's job was to convince the president of that better plan, not to undermine the president. That's how things work at my company and I'd guess that's how things work at your employer as well.

Who knows why Tillerson did what he did. Maybe he listened to the news media. Maybe he listened to his underlings at the State Department. Regardless, it seems like a good thing that Trump dismissed him.

Power, indeed, has corrupted Trump. Tillerson's first duty is to the welfare of the country and electorate not to POTUS. No private company is responsible for running the country. Remember a company is measured by profit and government by service.

Tillerson listened to what is good for the country.

" Deep State" sure don't have that
and that's for sure.

It’d be nice to know exactly who or what the deep state actually is so I can review their positions and make that determination myself.

Was White House counsel Donald McGahn guilty of sedition when he refused to remove Robert Muller?

That'd be unelected officials who seek to run the country.
That’s easy enough but it seems to change often who these people actually are. It almost seems to depend entirely on where they stand politically.

She's no dummy and she's playing this very well. She may wind up being our first woman President and wouldn't that be a joke on Hillary and the Democrats.
Not particularly. She would be far better than either Clinton or Trump.

She was told to save the Country
and undermine the President.

Even CNN is covering this one.
They don't wish to be left behind again.

What you're not getting is that this shows chaos occurring even among Trump's hand-picked staff.

This has dire implications for the Trump train ... as it indicates that even a number of those willing to give Trump the benefit of the doubt ... find, it time, ... that he isn't a good choice for leading the country.

If Trump's hand-picked are discovering that this is true, it is also happening within the public. People who were willing to give Trump a chance with their vote, ... are now duly warned that he isn't the man that they thought that he could be ... and that he won't likely be changing for the better.

Was White House counsel Donald McGahn guilty of sedition when he refused to remove Robert Muller?
No because McGahn was basing his position of his understanding of law. Not only that but her offered to resign. Not so with these other two. According to Nikki Haley they wanted to stay on their jobs without resigning. And they said they resisted for people could be killed, I suppose they're talking about policy decisions for the military. Perhaps there could be but that's the President's call and decision to make risking the possibility of such NOT their place . The were not elected to be Commander and Chief!

I imagine it's the reality of having to fill seats and these people are "there". He brings them on, finds out they aren't really on board and boots them.

Except it's not happening with the public -- those who worship Donald from afar (and below) see nothing but the myth... those who actually deal with the man see the truth.
