Lay your worry down at the cross and TRUST HIM. Jesus commanded us not to worry, and reminded us that there is no gain to be had in it. Confess to the Lord that you are worrying and repent. Then put your full trust in Him. I learned this lesson many many years ago, and never worry anymore.

The only way to overcome fear is to face it head on knowing that you enter the battle with the Lord. He will bring you through it. Moses was afraid to lead the children of Israel, but God led him and he was able to do what he never could have on his own strength. The same applies to you. Face what you must, and do so with the full knowledge that God has promised to never leave nor forsake you.

Perfect Love casts out all fear...

See any fear as an intrusion to be resisted in His name.

Speak against it as an entity in Jesus name. If you keep this up over a period of time it will diminish and fade.

We have the right to be at peace.

Don't put up with it.

Balance this by asking Him to reveal any issue that may give rise to legal entry, you may need healing from the effects of trauma, there could be unconfessed sin, there could be unforgiveness, always go to Him for internal examination by His Spirit first.

Thanks for including you are a Christian because that's where your strength and help is - in Him.

Once the fearful or worry thoughts come, immediately put your focus on God and His Word such as:
Lord, You have not given me a spirit of fear but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Thank you Lord you are with me. You are my God. You fight for me, strengthen and help me, plus uphold me and give me Your peace,. Thank you, Lord!
II Tm 1:7, Isa 41:10, Exo 14:14, John 14:27. Say it loud out. Repeat as needed. I've found this to be very effective.
