Drink water, cut out bananas and oranges, and the web says the doctors can give you a potassium binder. We are learning all the time! That is a new one...

I like fresh ice cream from a local dairy. Pair that with some cold root beer, oh that is heavenly.

We've got a lot of peanut farms in the South. I love peanut butter pie made with fresh peanut butter. Boiled peanuts are great too. Best snack there is when you're doing something physical. Also love GA peaches, especially with ice cream.

Never heard of those cheeses! Sounds good though. I play baseball, basketball. My HS coach had us on a high protein diet. My main snack was cheese. Never before realized how many different types there were till I got tired of the typical ones, spent 10 minutes in the cheese section of a deli picking out a bunch.

I love blue cheese with salted almonds. It's messy but good.

Clotted Cream Ice Cream - all kinds of different flavours, but vanilla was always my favourite.

Devonshire Pasty - just like the Cornish pasty but with a different name. Chunks of meat, potato, swede, with added pepper and enclosed in a pastry.
Apparently you can't call it a Cornish pasty unless it is handmade in Cornwall.

Devon is a fantastic place to get atheroscelorosis - mild winters, warm summers and plenty of sandy beaches.

Oh clotted cream ice cream sounds amazing. I love vanilla the best too.

Peanuts yes Unfortunately, as you know, peaches are out of season. Saw Braves' alumni and local merchants served Thanksgiving meals to first responders. Awesome!

Peaches that are canned the right way taste great all year long! In fact I like them better, the flavor is more intense.
