No I do not hear of general conversion growth happening across the board.

Back in the 80's they surveyed the conversion growth of Baptist churches in Auckland and compared it with combined annual budgets. It worked out at about $1M per convert.

In fact we are instructed to be shrewd as serpents but innocent as doves bc He IS sending us out as sheep among wolves, i.e. wheat among tares, etc. and we are instructed to NOT throw our pearls to swine, which would require some form of discernment... which reminds me, what are we supposed to do with the tares? I mean, sure, love them, pray for them, but what if they’re tearing up your church?
