Tell me you are joking. It must be a "high crime or misdemeanor" and some specific crimes are listed in a section of the Constitution.
The only way Donald Trump does NOT get impeached is the House of Representatives finds no evidence - which is highly unlikely.

Yes. Treason, bribery or other "high crimes and misdemeanors" The House has full authority to define what a "high crime" is and it need not be a violation of any existing law.

Then the entire impeachment process is just a political stunt. One of many political stunts. So what will the democrats do next after the Senate doesn't vote against him? They'll have nearly a year to figure out which stunt to try next, and it will need to be pretty desperate since it will most likely be their last chance before the election.

Obstruction of justice occured when Donald Trump fired James Comey, who was investigating him for the Russian cullusion scandal at the time. A majority of voters agreed in polls Trump obstructed justice. Also, law school professors and private lawyers agreed if Trump obstructed justice, it was an impeachable act - and that he did exactly that. So everyone who was closely paying attention knew why Trump fired Comey even before the nationally-televised testimony under oath.

The impeachment process is in the Constitution - far from a political stunt. Also remember Nancy Pelosi is doing it despite previously insisting the desire to impeach Donald Trump must be bipartisan.
Democrats will not need a full year to figure out what to do next. They will win the election because there is no reason for the loser of the last popular vote, who got a lot of "against the opponent" votes, to win in 2020.

Which "crime" has he been convicted of? Zero.
That's why the democrats will have to simply vote "aye" on impeachment when it comes to the final vote based on party loyalty and hatred for Trump rather than on any alleged crimes.

As the vote clearly ended up not being. All Republicans voted no, and all but 2 dems voted yes. That doesn't sound very bipartisan.
Pelosi caved to people like Cortez and the rest of the "squad", which shows the direction the democrat party is going.
Clinton isn't even in the running this time, so there's no way she could lose.
