That is helpful, and honestly something I really have not considered. But the only Biblical evidence of someone coming back from the dead to give a message was Samuel to Saul in 1 Samuel 28:7-20: 1 Samuel 28:7–20 ESV - Then Saul said to his… | Biblia.

And it seems it's simply the same message Samuel gave while he was here on earth. But honestly I don't know. I'm pretty much a confused Catholic-Orthodox-Christian, just struggling.

Well since we're categorically not Sola anything it's not strictly necessary to have scriptural support, though it's always preferable.
Besides, not that it matters or relates to our Mariology it worth mentioning that this also occurs in Judaism.
There are several stories related to the visual apparence and direct aid to jews in trouble and the state of Israel where Elijah plays a huge part.

This is as old as Christianity. If you recall, some foreign Jews of the time thought Christ prayed to Elijah when he in fact asked why God has abandoned him, Matthew 27:46, eli eli lama sabachthani.

This implies a well established practice of praying to at least Elijah, but most likely the major prophets of the time and even expecting some kind of intervention by them. As we remember Elijah, Enoch and Mary is the only people to ever have been taken directly to heaven, body and soul.
