Squirrel causes a ruckus during Alabama church service

A squirrel ran through an Alabama church during a morning service that was being filmed to post online, and the pastor said the incident evoked a classic country song.

The Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church posted a video to its Facebook page showing senior pastor Bill Brunson addressing the congregation Sunday morning as parishioners could be heard screaming in the background as the squirrel ran wild through the building.

Folks in Alabama like to eat squirrels (not that I blame them - it can be pretty darn tasty!) so this little fellow ought to watch out.

Aww, wish I could see a squirrel. Pretty sure they are only in zoo's here. Goodness, rabies is something we do not have in Australia nor do we want to have.

Oz may not have rabies, but they have dinosaur-size crocodiles, a bird that is even deadlier than velociraptors oh, and dinner plate-size spiders that run at 1000 kph and hide somewhere in your car to surprise you in the worst possible moment!

Lol! We don't normally see those things, well not much. Last flood some crocs were seen in a few towns with rivers and we did see a deadly brown snake come into our yard 3 days ago-we are hoping he has gone. But the cassowary mostly sticks to rainforests as does the huge spiders, who can't run that fast. Certainly not in our cars, well unless perhaps you live in the rainforest. Huntsman spiders and redback spiders in cars yes. I had one under the visor once which made me scream blue murder.
