I disagree with Lucy on the rain. With rain comes dark gloomy clouds which makes me SO happy.

It was so warm last night that none of that rain turned into ice and froze onto the car windows.

My wife wasn't cold last night so we turned on the AC.

It's a good think I need to call the help desk in order to reset a password. I would not be capable of doing that myself because it's so difficult. And having to enter only 3 passwords to get in in the first place is not enough.

Our help(less) desk is wonderful. Always so courteous.

Well, they're usually pretty grouchy, but at least the phone call is convenient for me. I don't have enough things to do today so this is nice.

Yeah I love it when IT thinks you've got all day to wait on them.
