The Who are putting out a new studio album before the end of the year. Their music catalogue is fairly small for as many years that they've been around, but when they put out new stuff, it's usually pretty good. I'm pumped and stoked.

lauren daigle is pretty overrated, imo

ever listen to her lyrics? i don't think she fully grasps who she is in Christ. But because she's got a stellar voice, the Christian music industry has rallied around her. oh well. good for her.

I think Lauren Daigle has a really pretty voice and some really good songs.

I was watching an interview of President Trump on one guy's show on Fox News the other night, and they spent the entire time talking to him. But one of the things that stood out to me while listening to this guy interview Trump was how flippantly he kept talking about war. There was such casual sense to it that it made me almost sick. Thankfully, Trump downplayed the necessity of it and said that it's never good. But the mentality of this other guy about it was disturbing. Let's be clear: War is hell. And it effects not only the people fighting but the families as well. These elitist figureheads will never get that as they sit on top of their ivory towers just running their mouths. But others do. God help this nation come to You.

So this is the way the world ends, huh? Not with a bang, not with a whimper, not to the sound of thunderous applause....but to the sound of the Baby Shark song.

Does filmmaker Christopher Nolan actually think he can promote his movies based on name recognition alone? It seemed a little conceited to see that one of his trailers only had his name attached to it and nothing else. It really left me thinking if the guy was serious or not. Oh well. We'll see.

It is halloween night 2009. @MehGuy and his best friend @Rene Loup are heading to a halloween party they were invited to. MehGuy and Rene are both students at Singlesville High. Mehguy is often bullied and made fun of because of his hight.
Rene Loup is into furry culture and is MehGuy's only friend. They are both seen as weird by other studends at the school. Despite this they were both invited by two girls from the school to this Halloween party. MehGuy and Rene walk down the footpath through the busy neighbourhood with kids running from door to door trick or treating.
Rene is dressed in a werewolf costume and MehGuy is dressed up as Bette Davis.
They arrive at the house, which is huge, basically a mansion. They can tell just by looking at the place that the people that live inside are rich. They start walking through the front lawn. There are halloween props everywhere. They walk near a scarecrow when it suddenly starts to move and reach towards them. MehGuy and Rene jump back but then realize it's an animatronic. They reach the front door and ring the bell. The girls parents open the door and tell them everyone is waiting for them in the attic.

They make their way through the large mansion to the attic entrance which already has the ladder steps set up and they climb the steps. There they see a group of other teenagers in halloween costumes sitting on the floor in a circle around a short table. They see the two girls that invited them sitting right at the front of the table. The two girls are sisters and are dressed identically in matching outfits. Rene guesses they must be dresses as evil twins. "We've been waiting for you." One of the sisters says.
They pull out a board with the alphabet and numbers on it. The board also has an image of "Weegee" a recent popular meme image of a creepy, staring Luigi from Super Mario Bros, on it.
"This is a Weegee board." One of the sisters says. "They say with this board you can summon Weegee and and he will challenge you to a staring contest. If you blink first you die... And Weegee always wins"
"Okay, these girls are crazy." Rene Loup thinks to himself. MehGuy doesn't believe in any of this so he just plays along. "Nobody blink. It doesn't work if you blink." The sisters tell everyone.

The girls ask Weegee if he is present and a bunch of other questions. Nothing happens.

"You blunk!" One of the sisters shouts at Mehguy.
"I what?" Mehguy asks confused.
"You blunk! I saw you blink with your eyes!"
Mehguy then realizes she means blinked. "The past tense of blink is blinked." Mehguy tells her.
"No it's not!" The other sister shouts.
"Yes it is."
"Is your IQ the same number as your height?" She asks Mehguy. Everyone giggles.

It's then Rene Loup comes to realize the reason they were invited was to be made fun of.

Mehguy glares at the sisters with and intense hatred like:


Then something suddenly takes over Mehguy. His eyes starts to glow with a bright white light and the sisters stop laughing and stare into the light as if hypnotized.
The rest of the teens including Rene run from the attic and out of the house. When the house is searched by police no one is found.
Mehguy and the sisters were never seen again. In their grief the parents leave the house and it remains abandoned...



It is Halloween at Singlesville Highschool and the students there are preparing for a Halloween party for tonight. Rene Loup is now a English teacher and this is his first year of teaching. Rene decided to become a teacher so that what happended to Mehguy and those two girls never happens again.

He has a small class. It includes @Miles the douche baggy jock who is the school bully. He likes to wear sleeveless shirts like his hero Vin Diesel and admiring himself in the mirror.
@LaBèlla is the popular girl. Her phone is permanently attached to her hand and is always posting selfies on Instagram. She only makes friends with other popular people. So, not you.
@leothelioness is a tough talking but kind hearted cheerleader. She is Miles' girlfriend.
@( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) is the hipster who's always high and complaining about "society's rules". He doesn't have a proper name because "Names are too mainstream".
@ReesePiece23 is a foreign exchange student that doesn't understand American culture.
@SarahsKnight is is the hardcore anime lover who is always talking about obscure anime shows no one has ever heard of.
@Anthony7 @Multifavs and MrMoe are the nerds of the school. They are often bullied by the jocks. Anthony7 is a history buff and knows lots of random facts. He has a secret crush on Multifavs. Multifavs likes to knit and talk about Pokemon. MrMoe is the comicbook fanboy and has a secret crush on leothelioness.

While in class Rene confiscates one of the students phones and reads one of the texts.

"Lol brb. Yeet"

To Rene it's like teenagers these days are speaking an alien language. 3pm hits and Rene ends the class for the day, but before everyone has left the room he reminds them of their homework and tells them to "Stay away from old abandoned houses." The students aren't sure if Rene is trying to be funny.

That afternoon the streets start to fill up with people trick or treating. Rene's English class students leave their homes head out to the party. They all coincidentally decide to take the same shortcut and cross paths right in front of the abandoned mansion.

Miles and Leo are dressed like fashion models. LaBélla is dressed in the latest Kardashian clothes line. Anthony7 and Multifavs are dressed as male and female Pokemon. MrMoe is dressed as Tony Stark from The Avengers. Reesepiece23 is dressed in jeans, a Beatles shirt and headphones and ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) is dressed in his normal shaggy, stoner cloths.

They stare at the mansion. The windows are borded up, windows are broken, the lawn grass is all overgrown and full of insects and the gate is all rusted and locked with a thick chain.

"Lets go inside." Miles says.
"No way!" Leo says.
"Why is everything so green?" ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) asks.
"This reminds me of that Japanese videogame." SarahsKnight says.
"Innit." Reese says.
"In there? Eww." LaBélla says.

Anthony7 stare into the mansion. "Wait...I thought I saw someone... Inside." he says.
"Maybe someone needs our help." Multifavs says.

@Citanul Rides by on a bike. "What are you guys doing?" He asks. "Breaking into this abondoned mansion." Miles says confidently. "Yall crazy." Citanul says then rides off to the Halloween party.

Miles tries to break the chain but SarahsKnight finds a hidden opening hole in the old brick wall. They walk up to the abandoned mansion, they open front door and enter into a large hall.
It has two sets of stairs that lead to the next floor, a balcony with several doors. There is a chandelier above them and lots of candle stands with used candels on them.
It's dark except for the evening sunlight coming from the entrance. There is an eerie silence but then they hear a thumping sound coming from upstairs so they all cautiously make their way up the stairs and look for what is making that sound.
They realize the sound is coming from the attic, so they find the attic's entrance, they pull down the attic stairs and go inside. Inside it's all dusty, dank and full of cobwebs. "The only things I like dank are my memes." ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) says.
They search the attic with LaBélla's phone light. The whole thing is empty. But then Miles sees in the corner a folded piece of cardboard. They unfold the cardboard and see the alphabet, numbers and the image of Weegee, on it. "Dead meme." ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) says.
They set up the board and try and contact Weegee by asking a bunch of questions. They wait a while. nothing happens so the throw the board back in the corner and get out of the attic.
As they walk down back to the entrance Sarahsknight notices something outside in the garden as they walk past the windows. They all go outside and find two statues of two girls.
"These statues weren't here before." SarahsKight says. The girls are dressed identically and appear to be twins. They have their hands over their eyes as if they are crying. They decide to leave. As they walk away Multifavs looks back and sees the statues look as if they have moved, but she decides it is just her imagination.

As they are walking, Reese steps in dung beetle poo. "I need to clean up." He tells the group. Reese goes off to find the bathroom in the maze of hallways and doors.
Meanwhile everyone else wait at the entrance hall. Anthony7 finds the generator and turns the power on. It's almost dark now and there is the sound of thunder in the distance. A storm is coming.

After waiting a while they notice he's been gone too long. "He's been gone over ten minutes. Someone should go look for him." Leo says. Everyone looks at LaBélla texting on her phone so they all vote for her to go get Reese. LaBella protests but eventually she goes so she can get to the party as quick as possible.

She goes through several hallways when she ends up at one that is directly facing the garden. At the end of the hallway there is a window and LaBélla sees the weeping statue outside. Suddenly the lights start to flicker and then turn off. LaBélla stands there in the eerie silence waiting for the lights to come back on.
Suddenly they come back on and LaBélla lets out a scream as she sees the statue that was outside is now inside. LaBélla starts running but trips even though there is nothing there to trip over. She looks back and sees the statue has gotten closer. She gets up and continues to run.
She stops as she sees on the other end of the hallway another statue. This one is of a man. He also has his hands over it's eyes as if he's crying. LaBélla lets out another scream when she realizes it is Reese. The statue has the same headphones and same Beatles shirt as Reese.

Down at the hall the rest of the group hear LaBélla scream. "Oh no!" Multifavs says. They decide to split up in groups. Anthony7 and Multifavs go together, SarahsKnight, MrMoe and ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) go together and Miles and leothelioness go together.

Anthony7 and Multifavs search the top floor. They find one room with old peeling wallpaper. Anthony7 thinks he sees something behind one crack in the wallpaper, so he peels it back and they see writing on the wall in big block letters that says "DON'T BLINK. BLINK AND YOUR DEAD". Multifavs sighs then takes out a pen and writes "*YOU'RE" on the wall.

Meanwhile SarahsKnight, MrMoe and ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) are searching the bottom floor. They find what looks like the games room. They see a statue in the corner. They think this is a strange place to put a statue so they get closer to get a good look at it. It has it's hands over it's eyes like the others. "Lol, this statue looks just like LaBélla." ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) says while pointing to what looks like a phone in it's hand...

Meanwhile Miles and leothelioness are searching the basement. Miles is more interested in making out than finding his classmates. Leothelioness tries to resist his advances but Miles is persistant. They are almost about to kiss when they hear someone in the room with an Italian accent whisper "Weegee". They turn to see a short man with a mustache, blue overalls and a green cap staring at them with a creepy unblinking stare.
Miles lets out a girly squeal and starts running, knocking leo on the floor in the process. Miles runs up the steps and disappears. Leo quickly gets up and runs up the steps. Miles runs right into a dead end. He turns around and there is Weegee standing there staring.

Weegee gets right into Miles' face and stares at him like:

Finally, Miles blinks. He screams as his eyes and then the rest of his body start to turn to stone. Leothelioness runs to the entrance and tries to open the doors but realizes they are now somehow locked. She turns and sees Weegee stand in the center of the hall surrounded by weeping statues of her classmates.
There is a lightning strike outside and the lights go out. Everytime there is a lightning strike they appear closer. Suddenly there is an eerie silence. The lights come back on and Weegee appears inches away from her face. Then out of nowhere Rene jumps in front of Leo.
Rene pulls out the Weegee board from his jacket and gets a lighter and holds it under the Weegee board. "I've been waiting for this day for ten years." Rene says.
He lights the board on fire and Weegee moans in pain and then explodes in a white light. The mansion goes dark again, the only light is coming from Rene's lighter.
The lights come back on and Rene sees MehGuy, the two sister and his students lying on the floor unconcious. Mehguy is now a grown man and the girls are now grown women.

They all go to the Halloween party. There the two girls are reunited with their parents. Anthony7 and Multifavs become boyfriend and girlfriend and so do MrMoe and leothelioness. Miles and LaBella hook up and fall in love. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) sets a mystery solving business with three other students and a dog. Reesepiece23 returns to England because he thinks Americans are crazy... And also their music sucks. They party while Nickleback or a crappy cover band of Nickleback (no one is sure) play live. Rene Loup helps Mehguy adjust to adult life. They all pass Rene's English class, they all graduate high school and live happily ever after.
