Are you referring to the notes which says: "I do not believe that a fetus is a person until, first of all, the fetus is given biological life and does not become a person until the fetus is brought forth."

The notes are not like bible study I post.

In the video the Pastor says: at conception God gives a certain type of life but it is not a person until the fetes is brought forth [i.e., born physically].

Pastor is not justifying abortion. I'm not aware of anything in the Bible that justifies abortion. If you hear there is, it's false teaching.

Regarding your question about the "extension of the mother." For the better answer; go to the video and move the progress bar to 4:27 minutes where he starts talking about soul life then he mentions the term extension of the mother.
