I can play that game too, if you like.

Wrong.
God wants worship to be genuine. Wouldn't you?
Or would you prefer robots and the conquered to bow to your tyrannical will and iron fist?

John 4:24
God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”
That's funny, coming from someone who seems to think God will ultimately make everyone worship him.

No. I think free will still applies in "hell". Within the obvious constraints. You believe everyone there chose to be there, right? (free will)

And you think everyone is gonna come around? Didn't seem to work with the demons and they know Jesus is Lord. Do demons still have freewill?

Do demons have tongues? Knees? (every knee will bow and every tongue confess)

All of creation will be restored. Were the angels created beings?

Matt 19:28:
Jesus said to them, "Truly I tell you, at the renewal of all things, when the Son of Man sits on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Rom 8:20-21:
For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God.

Rev 21:5:
He who was seated on the throne said, "I am making everything new!"

Dear Steve: That, dear saint, is a remarkable post! The whole radical all is ultimately renewed, yup "everything".

The same radical all of pas "will be set free." There are no if, and, or but's.

eleutheroō =

To set at liberty from the dominion of sin.

No more let sin and sorrow grow, nor thorns infest the ground, He comes to make his blessings flow>>>>

Far as the curse is found.

Imagine thinking restitution of all things means everyone will enjoy being in God's presence.
If that's what you think, then your odds are pretty good.

Dear Sky: If you and David know what it means to be IN/EN Christ, you will begin to know what it means for every knee to bow, and every tongue confess IN His Name>>>> YOU ARE LORD!

"That in the name of Jesus every knee should bow} (hina en twi onomati iesou pan gonu kampsài). First aorist active subjunctive of kampt", old verb, to bend, to bow, in purpose clause with hina. Not perfunctory genuflections whenever the name of Jesus is mentioned, but universal acknowledgment of the majesty and power of Jesus who carries his human name and nature to heaven. this universal homage to Jesus is seen in #Ro 8:22; Eph 1:20-22 and in particular #Rev 5:13. {Under the earth} (katachthoni"n). Homeric adjective for departed souls, subterranean, simply the dead." - A.T. Robertson Word Pictures

...How could anyone come to the conclusion about all being saved given what else is said in Philippians?

Philippians 1:27 Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand firm in the one Spirit,[e] striving together as one for the faith of the gospel 28 without being frightened in any way by those who oppose you. This is a sign to them that they will be destroyed, but that you will be saved—and that by God.
Philippians 3:19
19 Their destiny is destruction, their god is their stomach, and their glory is in their shame. Their mind is set on earthly things.
If you wish to be known by what you have done for the Lord, you will suffer destruction as well. All these great things that we THINK we did for God will go up in smoke, victims of the all-consuming fire.

How could we take personal credit for any gold, silver, or costly stones found in the wreckage of our lives? Yet grace rewards us for taking the materials God hands to us and obediently building with it.

1 Corinthians 3:12-15
If anyone builds on this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw, 13 their work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light. It will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test the quality of each person’s work. 14 If what has been built survives, the builder will receive a reward. 15 If it is burned up, the builder will suffer loss but yet will be saved—even though only as one escaping through the flames.

Perhaps you could expand on that for us? Thanks.
Those in opposition actually use that as an argument against Universalism.
Saying those in "hell" cannot be saved, only those "in Christ" will be saved.
How is "in Christ" applied to everyone?
(including those who were not believers in this age)

Dear Steve: The proclamation of every being, in every dimension of the heavens, the earth, and the underworld ultimately worship the King of kings IN/EN union with His Name. It is NOT by rote, it is NOT "at" the sound of His Name, but in union with Him. Perhaps harmonious strains of antiphonal worship would come close to describe it.

Every being IN antiphonal worship!

Wow. Thanks.
While reading your reply I saw in my spirit the continuous worship led by our Lord and Savior. And each new soul joining the chorus when they are ready to enter in. Countless billions ascending individually from the abyss with hands once bound, now lifted in worship to the Father and Son, entering the bliss of his presence and leaving the chains of darkness behind. Sweet.

Psalm 107:14-16
He brought them out of darkness, the utter darkness,
and broke away their chains.
15 Let them give thanks to the Lord for his unfailing love
and his wonderful deeds for mankind,
16 for he breaks down gates of bronze
and cuts through bars of iron.

Matthew 16:18
... upon this rock I will build my church;
and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

My brother: you are a joy to behold.

Ephphatha is the beginning of an awakening of deaf ears and blind eyes that quickens those who hear the Master of Reconciliation. That awakening in the realm of Spirit and Life has horizons I am convinced reach beyond, beyond.

He lived a selfless, obedient life and then died a selfless, obedient death—and the worst kind of death at that—a crucifixion. Because of that obedience, God lifted Him high and honored Him far beyond anyone or anything, ever, so that all created beings in heaven and on earth—even those long ago dead and buried—will bow in worship before this Jesus Christ, and call out in praise that He is the Master of all, to the glorious honor of God the Father. I guess Buzz was right after all.

"To Infinity and Beyond!" - Buzz Lightyear

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Mark 7:32-35
There some people brought to him a man who was deaf and could hardly talk, and they begged Jesus to place his hand on him.
33 After he took him aside, away from the crowd, Jesus put his fingers into the man’s ears. Then he spit and touched the man’s tongue. 34 He looked up to heaven and with a deep sigh said to him, “Ephphatha!” (which means “Be opened!”). 35 At this, the man’s ears were opened, his tongue was loosened and he began to speak plainly.
The verse you quoted contradicts what you claim. Building a foundation on faith is doing something. The "work" we must do is to continue in the faith. Of course, we are not to be praised for simply keeping on keeping on, but it is the requirement God makes for eternal life.
Hebrews 11:6 Without faith no one can please God. Anyone who comes to God must believe that he is real and that he rewards those who truly want to find him.
If God threw you into "hell", how long would it take you to believe that he is real and that he rewards those who truly want to find Him? Hopefully not forever.
There's no indication that you still have the option to become a believer at that point. I'm sure you would believe as the demons do. But mental assent is not saving belief.
How can you NOT be a believer if you are a believer?
What about declaring with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord"? Would that be saving belief?
Romans 10:9
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
1 Corinthians 12:3
Therefore I want you to know that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus be cursed,” and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.
Philippians 2:9-11
Therefore God exalted him to the highest place
and gave him the name that is above every name,
10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11 and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.
Lots of people will be turned away because they believe with their minds but not thier hearts. Not everyone who says Jesus is Lord means he has made Jesus his Lord.
"On judgment day many will say to me, ‘Lord! Lord! We prophesied in your name and cast out demons in your name and performed many miracles in your name.’
But I will reply, ‘I never knew you. Get away from me, you who break God’s laws."
