I think 8c is the equivalent of 46F. Starting to feel quite chilly now, but at least indoors it is a comfortable 22c (I have the heating on!).

We keep getting warnings of harsh winter weather, but it can't be anything worse than my last visit to Stockholm. Snow everywhere, daytime temperatures below freezing, and the sun setting around 3pm!
