That isn't important and has nothing to do with the rapture. He doesn't only appear to believers when he returns and people are raptured. He is still in the clouds when the people raptured meet with him, then he descends and the entire world sees him.
Here is what the verse says -

9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

"unto them that look for him". It is only to believers that He appears. It doesn't say that every eye with see him - that is for His second coming. Not everyone is looking for Jesus for the rapture/resurrection.

In Revelation 19, it doesn't say anyone is resurrected or raptured. What it does says is that the armies of heaven follow him - which are the saints.

Revelation 19:14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

It doesn't mean nor say that. Looking for someone does not mean someone else doesn't also see them.

It doesn't say that every eye with see him - that is for His second coming.

The second coming is when the rapture happens.

In Revelation 19, it doesn't say anyone is resurrected or raptured.

Only because those things have already happened by the time Christ and the resurrected and raptured ones arrive at Armageddon.

What it does says is that the armies of heaven follow him - which are the saints.

Yes, those in heaven followed him and the raptured met him in the clouds just prior to arrival at Armageddon. This is the second coming or parousia.

"those" in heaven are who?

It is not saying in Revelation 19 that anyone is raptured as Jesus returns from heaven down to earth..

The armies in heaven that follow Jesus are the saints who were raptured/resurrected over 3 1/2 years earlier.

t doesn't mean nor say that. Looking for someone does not mean someone else doesn't also see them.
It mean that others who are not looking for him, will not see him because it says he appears to those who are looking for him. Otherwise, why say in the verse "unto them that look for him shall he appear"?

Hebrew 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

Looking for him goes along with Luke 21:34-36, to escape the great tribulation.

[URL='https://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/Luke-21-34/']Luke 21:34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.

35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

People die every day, and Jesus comes to get them. That is parousia.

Likewise, Jesus comes back at the Second Coming and takes the living. That is parousia.

So yes, there can be 2 parousias, and it be biblical. Not to say there definitively ARE 2 parousias--only that there can be. It's just all about definition of terms, and being able to see things from other people's vantage points.

Your claim above falls apart in the verse below.

Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.

A person cannot be under the blood of the Lamb, and not be a part of the New Covenant Church of Jesus Christ.

.
They can be the great tribulation saints, and not be part of the church.

They are the ones in Revelation 7 that have come out of the great tribulation. And the ones in Revelation 6, the 5th seal.

Not based on the passage below.
Anyone who acknowledges Christ as the Son of God, is a part of His Church.

Mat 16:16 Simon Peter answered and said, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God."
Mat 16:17 Jesus answered and said to him, "Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven.
Mat 16:18 And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.
