My stubbornness is really setting me back with my walk with God like if my plan lines up with Gods plan then I’m ok with that, but if God’s plan doesn’t align with mine then I don’t want it. I know God’s plan will be better for me but I just don’t care, i don’t like being this stubborn and I don’t know what to do.

I won’t get to personal with my goals but i don’t know if God wants me to continue on the path I’m on or not.

Even if I wanted to pursue God’s plan I have zero energy to do so.

That's exactly why you need the Holy Spirit. He not only energizes us (Luke 24:49) but also removes our stubborn hearts and gives us the obedience of Christ (Ezekiel 36:26). God bless:).

God's plan is for you to love God and love others. To that end, you serve God by serving others.

You can accomplish his plan in any occupation or endeavor that does not go against his plan.

Zero energy is sometimes a sign of depression.

The only way to know what God wants you to do is to read your Bible.

Proverbs 3
5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

2 Timothy 3
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Psalm 73
26 My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.
27 For, lo, they that are far from thee shall perish: thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from thee.

You are not wiser than God. Doing things His way is always best because He is totally good and totally wise. Read your Bible and obey it convinced of the proceeding sentence because it is evidently true. God knows better than you, He loves you, He wants good for you. Even if you lose all your dreams and suffer much for doing what is right in His eyes, you will get even better than what you dreamed of and your suffering will be proven worth it in the long-run- because no one ever has nor ever will prove God wrong nor unrighteous. As for not having energy, come in line with God and call upon Him for strength by His Holy Spirit which is given to those that obey Him (Acts 5:32) and who enables those who submit to the Word of God's instruction (which the Spirit inspired) to fulfill it (Romans 8:1-17, Romans 14:17, Galatians 5:16-26, etc). As for not being sure of your path, ask in faith for wisdom without being double-minded and being submitted to heed God's answer, and as James chapter 1 speaks of, you will (only then) receive it. Really follow through seeking Him and you'll come to better footing in Him eventually. I've had several time periods where I felt like just giving up and like I couldn't do things God's way anymore; and yet somehow (and I emphasize somehow) I was able to get past those times without giving up on Him. His grace is sufficient if we'll just take Him at His Word and follow through on that in our actions.

Ephesians 3:20-21: "20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, 21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen."

Isaiah 40:26-31: "26 Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who hath created these things, that bringeth out their host by number: he calleth them all by names by the greatness of his might, for that he is strong in power; not one faileth. 27 Why sayest thou, O Jacob, and speakest, O Israel, My way is hid from the Lord, and my judgment is passed over from my God? 28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. 29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. 30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: 31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."

"Who has (successfully) resisted His express will (or plans)"

Are you sure your really going to be succesful in not following or carrying out, both the plans He has for you personally, or the plans He has for your life...?

God's will is always way, way ahead of your own will always, your only going to be discovering or uncovering His true will (plans) for you and your life (ever) no matter what you choose to do, etc, or what path you choose to go, etc...

But, you/me/we don't know what that is yet right? Which is why we should choose His ways of obedience no matter what we do or are doing or are choosing to do if we want a "good life" or a good life after this life, etc.

And I'm not so sure you even know what God's will is either, for I agree with @maitenenceman, you can fulfill or do God's will anywhere or in anything no matter what your doing most of the time, the only exception being if you expressly purposely on purpose chose not to obey or do it God's way (love), in which case your probably not going to ever have a good life if you do that anyway, etc, and I'm fairly sure you won't, etc, but even if you were to do that (the latter) He would have already known anyway, and would have already known that He chose you as a bad vessel for a bad use fit for destruction in the afterlife anyway. Like I said you'd just be uncovering it or discovering it...

No one has, or has ever, or will ever succesfully resist His express will or plans or whatever ever, it's just not possible, but because we don't know, we all must choose (anyway) and choose wisely, etc, if we don't want to be a bad vessel fit for (only) a bad use (in this life) and meant for destruction in the next life, etc...

You decide, but mind what @maintenenceman said, God's will is not about a specific occupation or place or whatever, or even direction you would choose to go or whatever, but is about what you would do and would choose how to be/act and/or behave, and/or treat other people, conduct yourself, etc, everywhere and anywhere, at any and all times, etc, (after becoming born again) etc...

God Bless!

You must have some idea of what you think may be God's plan for your life. But is it really?

God's desire for everyone is to have the freedom to be loving, joyful, peaceful, gentle, kind, patient, faithful, good, and self-controlled. That covers everything that is involved in the Christian life.

If everything you do in life involves those attributes, you are living in the centre of God's plan for your life.

God will not force you to follow His plan but you'll then lose out on your rewards, fulfillment and reaching your full potential

It is very hard at times but its worth it in the end.

(From both a spiritual and non-spiritual point of view) The greatest rewards often require sacrifice of some sort
eg: you want to get fit, you need to run. You want to get in shape, you need to hit the gym

Most people share your sentiment. Atleast you havw the honesty to admit it. As already stated, God's plan is for you to love those around you, and by so doing you show your love for him.

That plan is not always going out on a mission field, pastoring a church, etc. In fact I would say living a "normal" life and the great commandment is probably more important. People expect a Pstor to be loving and kind so that doesn't get recognized often. But when a neighbor goes out of their way to show kindness, thats when miracles occur

You can consider Genesis 4:7, “If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it.

It's a spiritual fight especially when taken to the extremities for some Christians can seem like 1 Peter 4:12. Find out what kind of person God is and pick a side to stand on.

You may be too focused on the problem, rather than focusing on God and His goodness. Being absorbed in the problem will drain you of clarity of mind and of energy. Try putting the logjam to the side for a season, and come to God just as you are. Draw near to Him person to person. Rest in Him, and let His spirit of peace fill you. Then maybe you'll begin to see your issue more clearly, and have the strength to deal with it constructively, in His strength.

Those that choose to turn their back on Harmony (God's plan) will find disharmony, which drains a person of all their energy.

Some think that God's plan is for them to be "Holy Joes", always involved in church work and evangelism, doing the least they can get away with at work with the aim of becoming a Christian missionary of some kind, and being a pest to everyone with their Bible bashing.

I believe that God's plan for everyone is, as I said before, doing everything in the context of the fruit of the Spirit. But this doesn't mean that we get so heavenly minded that we are of no earthly use.

Therefore, part of God's plan is:
*Be a good person
*Be a good son or daughter to your parents
*Be the best employee on the job
*If married, be the most loving and supportive spouse
*If having children, be the best parent you can be to them

I believe that we have absolute freedom to decide how we want to live under those guidelines. We are not of the world, true, but we live in the world.

We fellowship with the Father and His Son Jesus Christ, and in doing that, we include them in all we do, even when going out after dinner and putting your hands in the sink to do the dishes.

I believe that if we are faithful in the small, mundane things that we do around home and on the job, then God can call us to more responsible things, like the ministry or missionary service. But, it may be appropriate for you to be promoted to a more responsible role in your job, even to run the company; or form your own business, work as a school teacher, or whatever career opportunities come your way. You can choose to live wherever you like - what city suits you best.

The guidelines are:
*Is it something that Jesus would be happy doing? (He was a carpenter except for the last three years of His life).
*Would it be beneficial spiritually?
*Would it be beneficial for your spouse and children? (if you are married)
*Would it be something you would enjoy? (not like the "spiritual" cow that chose the tuft of grass with the cowpat on it to show that she is willing to suffer "for the Lord".
*If you go somewhere, is it somewhere you could take the Holy Spirit with you?

Did you know that some of my most instructive Christian reading is done while sitting on the toilet? Then again, I'm not as "spiritual" as some who are more holy than I am!

To understand God's plan for us, we need to understand God's character.

Firstly the bible tells us:

Ecc 11:9 Rejoice, O young man, in thy youth; and let thy heart cheer thee in the days of thy youth, and walk in the ways of thine heart, and in the sight of thine eyes: but know thou, that for all these things God will bring thee into judgment.

God's plan is to give us the freedom to make choices regarding our life. However there may be seasons where things do not go our way. During those times we need to learn not to complain. Ultimately however God wants us to direct our own lives. And his blessing will come upon it, as we walk with him. To remove God is to remove His blessing from your life.

The one verse that comes to mind is 1 Corinthians 3 vs 14-15

14 If what has been built survives, the builder will receive a reward. 15 I f it is burned up, the builder will suffer loss but yet will be saved—even though only as one escaping through the flames.

In addition to not forcing you The Lord will also not hold it against you
You won't lose your salvation and the He will still be there for you if you need Him

But when you get to Heaven one day you'll do it by the skin of your teeth with less to show for your life and less reward

I think it is important to realize our flesh is never really going to want to do God's will and cannot please God. There is always going to be that spiritual battle of our will verses God's will. It's just that most people don't want to admit it like you did
