Trump's numbers among women are plummeting--now only 30%.

I still think most Americans prioritize bread and butter issues, but I also think that it will concern those who prioritize national defense, those who support human rights, and those who are beginning to see the chinks (more aptly called craters) in his character.

If the world wants to make America "pay for" ONLY fighting ISIS for 18 years, so be it. We should have evacuated the Kurds to points south over then past couple of years. Obama and Trump never had any intension is committing to a decade of fighting in Syria. We had a short term 1000 or so troop commitment. It will be over soon.

People still think this is about Americans and how Americans vote.

This is about honor and integrity. America exists and will continue to exist only if much of the rest of the world believes America honors its commitments and values those who side with America. When the nations which have sided with us begins to grasp that America doesn't honor its commitments to them and doesn't value the service and dedication the nations give to America, America will be alone on the planet. And that will not be a good place.

It is not whether America didn't 'send troops in to defend the Kurds'. America picked up their military and walked away from the Kurds leaving them to be slaughtered. Friends...real friends...don't just pack up and go home whenever they please and leave friends to be slaughtered.

The world WILL remember this. And America will pay the price for this.

America has no honor. America has no conscience. America is no longer great.

You think that voters who prioritize national defense will vote for Warren?

The only way I see conflict in Syria impacting the US election is if the US commits tens of thousands of troops -- and that won't be happening (nor would I be in favor of that option). Unless Americans have skin in the game, we don't care. And increasingly, we don't care about the weekly casualty figures that continue to come in weekly...as they have for the last 18 years. IMO, too little of American society has a stake in our endless - "war on terrorism"....

She might not be their first choice, but compared to someone who impulsively chooses conflicts based on "what's in it for me?" She's the better choice.

I sit here in SC. I don't think that the Lindsey Graham folks or the Rubio folks or the Haley folks would consider Warren. They might consider Biden, but not Warren.

I don't think that Trump's declining support from women has to do with bread and butter issues. [Trump might win on economic issues and the Democrat on health issues]. Trump is losing votes among women because of who is, his personality, his corruption, and his perceived mental health issues.

If there is proof that thousands of Kurdish civilians get killed, could this cause the Republican Senate to vote to convict or cause the President decide not to seek re-election, due to terrible poll numbers?
Of course not. The GOP has no red line on Trump.

Haters of Assad and Putin, hold your words. They are now the protectors of your beloved Kurds.

Fearless Leader Assad and Glorious President Putin will embrace new Kurdish Comrades. Presidential Trump must cover his assets in Turkey.

Yes, I'm aware of that. Most of us use ISIS as the placeholder for "Islamic extremists".

Also, pointing out that ISIS started in American prison camps during the occupation doesn't seem to be needed.

ISIS didn't exist 18 years ago.

You are correct. Boko Haram is definitely not ISIS.

And the "us" is Americans-, the majority of which have never heard of Boko haram.
Even I believe that Boko Haram, ISIS and Al Qaeda are allies,

Really?

Who are "us"?

Is Boko Haram ISIS?
