And if he also told people that he'd rebranded the Brooklyn Bridge as the Trump Bridge and was selling it for 5 easy payments of $19.99 a month there are people in his base who'd believe it.

He's a 66 yr old from a district Trump carried in 2016. He doesn't need to look far into his political future bc he hasn't got decades ahead, just to the next election. If he was a 36 yr old from a blue or purple district I'd find it a little more buyable.

To stand by Trump is to stand on the wrong side of history.
