hmmm...those goal posts do seem to shifting around an awful lot in this thread, we've gone from "let's wait to see who's "to blame" for a woman getting shot in her own home" to "Is it ever wrong to shoot someone else?". All in pretty much the blink of an eye. You asked "who should be blamed for shooting a woman in her own home?" I pointed out it would probably be the police officer who shot her. Now suddenly it seems we're discussing who/when can we justifiably shoot and not get in trouble for doing so? That kind of sounds like the subject for another thread to me.
