Lord is in the
Wanting us
To kill people with
Kindness and hopefully people
Who do not like no
Well guess what
Jesus gave them and
Us boundaries.

When a favorite
Shop of mine
And how that
They mistreated people there
In the past
Including that of
My sister and a couple
Of aunts there.

The movie "Lean on Me"
Had Morgan Freeman play
A principal that has a dose
Of tough love for both
Students on drugs and gangs
To that of teachers that
Are afraid as he gives
Both of them the chance
To reform and take back to schools.

He treated the
Kids and students
Like he was a father
Figure but for the
Staffers he did not
Treat them as well
As he made enemies of
Some of them pretty quickly

The teachers needed
To have tough
Love discipline at
First but then
It got to a
Point as Joe was
Getting the power
Over to his head.

As the kids were
Ruling the schools and
Drug dealers and bullies
But as Joe Clark threw about
300 Or so of those troublemakers out
As teachers tried to reclaim the school
Given him less than one year
To do that as the teachers worked very hard.

As a result
Half of the
Staff and teachers
Walked out due to
The principal being
Very hard and never
Complimenting them
On their hard work
His failure to bond with
Staff and teachers after all the
Hard work they had done as he used
To be a military drill instructor.

The movie he
Came to be
As a young teacher
Helping out and
Was careful but guess
The military drilled him
Into discipline and
Needed to clean up drugs
And gangs later on.

Difference as well
As sometimes you forget
You need a team to

As that of teamwork

How he can be
In the trying to
Be doing it all alone
But you need to

He forgot to
Thanked the
Crew and staffers
Instead of them
Being thanked
He just bullied and
Belittle them as it seemed
In their point of view
Nothing was ever good for them

Just showed others
Grace and mercy
He would had
People really getting and
Gaining of their respect.

As an assistant principal
Told him how that
Even though he may not be
Liked they respected him
And he would have had all the
Staff walked out on him had
They not care for the kids that much.

Really the guy
Realize that despite
Meaning well and needing
To clean up the school
He knew he could not
Do it all by himself.

That do not
See to be
Acknowledging nor
Do that of in the
Caring all about it
If they needed to
Do as people quit
Over toxic environments
Or have to grin and bear it.
