How many Conservatives in America ever used the word "pablum" before they started listening to Rush?

LOL.

(Maybe if Rush used more SAT-type words the Conservative movement would actually sound more like George Will and less like Joe the Plumber!)

Not really. He was always an outsider (at least the last couple years) at Fox. I rather suspect that Fox forced him out after Dear Leader Trump called him out as one of the Fox Newsies that he didn't like.

All kinds of theories out there, aren't they?

One of them is that they have something on him, and that that is why he left so abruptly.

I don't watch tv news much, but I check their website pretty regularly and yeah... hyperventilation is a good way to describe it. It's awful.

Yeah, I'm actually kind of annoyed with CNN. I suspect they are more likely to be on the right side of history but it's not really good journalistic form to look like the "opposite" of Fox news.

Honestly I really DO like Fareed's show. It is one of the most intellectual CNN offers and it is quite well reasoned and not as off-the-rails.

Awwww no worries. Pablum means sorta' like "mush".

(By the way, George Will is not a name that anyone is impressed with.)

That's just silliness. Why would one need to propose that they "have something on him"? Why not just that they saw that Trump was displeased with Shep and Napolitano and they decided that they knew where their bread was buttered?

LOL. "Something on him". Comedy gold. Just like the "Deeeeeeep state".

I am familiar with "pablum".

I know that. George Will represents a Conservative position informed by intellect. While I didn't always agree with him (seldom to be honest), at least he wasn't a blathering moron like most of the Conservative "Intelligentsia" today.

I see why no one on the Right is impressed by his name anymore (that and he has spoken against Dear Leader.)

Is that your theory?

No worries. There's at least ten (or more) others. Like the theory/allegation some have said that he was accused of sexual harassment?

Nah, just a seemingly confused and conflicted old man who no one takes seriously any longer.

So sad.

Yeah. He's only 5 years older than Trump. (But he does use bigger words than most Trump supporters can handle. And Rush can only help with a couple himself...) :)

Confused and conflicted? lolol

Agree with him or not, he's more lucid and articulate than probably everybody you know. Certainly moreso than you, me, and everybody I've seen on CF.
