Side Note:
Please take note that I am not against original languages studies done by others, but their studies have to be in line with what the English says. Kerrigan Skelly is one person in whom I respect on this. I don't mind his use of referring to the original language because he is not saying that the English word is in error and means something entirely different than what it says. He also still defending the English, too. Why? Because GOD preserved His Word for today.

The English versions were translated from the original languages not the other way around.
God did preserve His word for today. We have ancient manuscripts in the original languages. Which of the many English versions do you think God considers to be God's Word for today?
If you think, as some do, it is the King James Version there are more than 800 words in the KJV which have changed significantly or dropped out of use altogether.

My personal favorite in the KJV is ...
Matthew 24:25, "Behold, I have told you before."
As in "previously" (in the past).

In the NKJV it reads, "See, I have told you beforehand."
As with regard to the future, which is the true meaning (in context).

IMO, today it's too easy for many to be confused with the KJV.
However, God has used it for His glory more than any other version!

Reasons why I believe the KJV is the divinely inspired perfect Word of God.

You can choose to believe it or not.
But I am not going to endless debate with you on it.
I believe my reasons stand all on their own;
And I will let those who are seeking for the truth judge for themselves.

I have served in Korean churches since '80. I soon realized that the KJV is almost unintelligible to people whose native language is not English. My first Greek professor was Dr. Roger Omanson, since deceased, who was on the first NIV committee, so I mostly use the NIV.

His promise to Noah that He'd never destroy mankind.

His promise to Abraham that all the nations of the earth will be blessed.

His promises to restore sight to the blind, free the slaves, liberate the captives, heal the sick, raise the dead and give life in abundance.

The angel's gospel promise of glad tidings of great joy for all mankind.

His promise that His Salvation is the beginning and end.

His promise that Jesus will save the world and He will be all in all.

His will that all men come to repentance and a knowledge of God.

He gave His Word in blood at Calvary. He was right there in Christ reconciling the world to Himself. So be ye reconciled, Jeff.

A refiner's fire refines. It purifies. It melts down the bar of silver or gold, separates out the impurities that ruin its value, burns them up, and leaves the silver and gold intact. May I suggest my friend that His fire consumes all but only destroys the impurities, separating the dross from the precious, as a full immersive baptism in a fiery furnace or lake. There is no part of the sinner left unredeemed.

There is no scripture which says that including 1 Corinthians 3:15 which only refers to laborers together with God, God's husbandry, God's building vs. 9.
