Great video.
I have recently been freed from cigarettes. One year sober as well. But I constantly dream of the future and feed my pride. I have been studying the present moment in books and have turned to TM and prayer. I hope one day soon I cut down my dreaming to just a little bit everyday and learn to stay in the present the other 95%.
