Romans 7:18 (KJV)
For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing:~~

“I don’t what to be that.”

This thing that I am in myself. This thing that, in scripture says; in no good thing dwells. This thing that I was born into when I was born into this fallen world.

This thing is that thing that Christ came to free me from. This fallen nature that is incapable of doing righteousness. This nature that is sold into sin. It is out of this darkness, misery and sin, that Christ has called me.

So praise be to God for such a great and awesome salvation brought in by Christ Jesus Himself to and for me. For He did this by taking me to death with Him on the cross. For as my sinfulness came in by a birth, my sinfulness must go out by a death... Just the same way as my life came in by a birth, my life can only end by a death... It is my birth into this fallen world that is my separation from God. So than the birth that I had in this fallen realm must come to an end... Henceforth the need to be born again....This exchange of life, the old for the new is done by the faith of the heart turned towards it. This turning towards it must be a constant turning moment by moment, a constant wanting to be freed from the birth that I received at the time of my birth in this world. For unless I receive the new birth in the time of my life in this world, I am stuck with my fallen nature as the nature of my life for all of eternity.

But praise be to God for calling me out of this darkness into the light of His life by making me a partaker of the Divine Nature, a nature that is as free from unrighteousness as my fallen nature was free from righteousness.

Such an awesome salvation I have!.... But not just me, but all that would call on His name.

All hope for all, in Christ Jesus, Not me

Daily we are to die to self. We are to put off the old and put on the new. When people actually die at the end of their life, they say they have never felt more alive because we become separate from the body of death that we carry around with us here. When we are finished and God calls us home, that should be a time to rejoice and celebrate. The sorrow of this world will no longer effect us.

Blessings, yes we are. Dying to self is the doorway to walk in newness of life.

Blessings as God makes these truth alive in us. Not me

making me a partaker of the Divine Nature
"Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world." (1 John 4:17)

So, in God's love we live how His Divine Nature has us love > and be > "as He is" "in this world."

So we are sharing so personally with God, in His love with His nature.

"gentle and lowly in heart" like Jesus > Matthew 11:28-30

"tenderhearted" > Ephesians 4:31-32

"without complaining and disputing" > Philippians 2:13-16

more and more natural because of this Divine Nature

When people actually die at the end of their life, they say they have never felt more alive because we become separate from the body of death that we carry around with us here.
And now, as we die to self, we become more and more alive in love very pleasant and caring and cheering and kind and personal and peaceful > even though we are in our bodies, still > because the resurrection power . . . of the Holy Spirit who can raise our bodies immortal and glorious . . . also now can make us alive and not hindered by our physical bodies.

because the resurrection power
Yes the resurrection power of God is already at work in us. I would not be here having this conversation if the resurrection power of God was not already working in my life.
