I don’t believe the devotion of an individual is determined by their understanding of these doctrines. Ultimately it’s determined by their love and devotion to God.
This especially I believe is true.
Jesus said those who love Him will obey His commandments (4 verses in John 14).
Similarly, those who FOLLOW Jesus will obey His commandments.
They are NOT works, and they are NOT the law.
They are merely part of "your reasonable service" (Romans 12:1).

Meanwhile, what happened to the EVERLASTING FIRE part of our thread?

Read the NT. (and the OT).

How often did God reveal other people's motives (hearts) , as He Pleases, to whomever He Pleases ?

What else, according to the Creator's Word, "reveals the motives and intents of the hearts" ?

1 Chronicles 28:9

"As for you, my son Solomon, know the God of your father, and serve Him with a whole heart and a willing mind; for the LORD searches all hearts, and understands every intent of the thoughts If you seek Him, He will let you find Him; but if you forsake Him, He will reject you forever.

1 Samuel 16:7

But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not look at his appearance or at the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for God sees not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart."

John 3:17

17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

Jeremiah 29:11

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

Matthew 7:7-8

7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

We were all lost at one time, and the Lord came after us. If He had not taken the initiative, no one could be saved ( John 6:44 ).

There is hope for everyone in the world, until they pass from this world.
  • “Whoever believes in him will have eternal life” (John 3:15).
  • “Whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16).
  • “Whoever believes in him is not condemned” (John 3:18).
  • “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life” (John 3:36).
  • “Whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life” (John 5:24).
  • “Whoever believes in me shall never thirst” (John 6:35).
  • “Whoever comes to me I will never cast out” (John 6:37).
  • “Whoever believes has eternal life” (John 6:47).
  • “Whoever feeds on this bread will live forever” (John 6:58).
  • “Whoever believes in me, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water’” (John 7:38).
  • “Whoever believes in me will not remain in darkness” (John 12:46).
Today is the day of salvation.

Except for those Yahuweh says otherwise concerning. (you seem to be on purpose or accidentally believed a false teaching and are constantly trying to support it by pulling out verses that seem to help the false cause)

Today is the day of salvation.
Thanks ... but we need to understand what the NT Greek word "believe" means.
It doesn't mean the same as the secular Greek word "believe".

In the secular, it basically only means believing intellectually (with the mind).

In the NT, it includes endurance, obedience, practicing righteousness, etc.
All of this must be true to reconcile with ALL of the NT passages.
If you choose to NOT ignore them, that is!

The translators cannot include everything in one word (in any language).

God uses "believe" in the NT to catch in His net
... the poor little fishes who don't believe!
Then later, the Holy Spirit teaches them how to mature.

For those Yahuweh guides to get it , the Expanded New Testament by Wuest uses as many words (English) as needed, with the original Greek meaning(s), as close as possible known, to better get across the true meaning from Yahuweh to the readers of the New Testament.

I do know that not everyone will be saved ... we have a just God .... who is also a loving God ... do we not put forth the love of God?

1st Corinthians 13

13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

Love of God is not a false teaching.

Isn't that incredible! ... You trust those translators, who are guided by their pet beliefs and doctrines!
HEY! ... I trust what the word of God says (and warns about)!
Truly, be careful what man says in his Bibles and commentaries.
Especially, be careful what pastors say!!!!!!!!

False teachers always claim to have or to be 'showing' the love of "God".... and they likely believe it fully themselves, while they kill the true believers and think they are doing God a favor ....

The others would be/ are/ the ones Yahuweh says in His Word not even to pray for, or otherwise shows that there is no hope for them....

Can you quote the verse?
I don't have one in mind. If someone wants to find them, though, I reckon a 0.37second internet search will find many .... (test everything BEFORE just believing it, like the Bereans went to Scripture and tested even what the Apostle's taught, to be sure it was in line with all Scripture....)

Ok I found one... Jeremiah 11:14
But the context is his people who rejected God and worshipped idols. I'm not sure the same applies to our present day situation. Unless God would specifically tell someone personally not to pray for certain people, because we don't know who is too hardened to respond to the spirit.

"2 Timothy 3 New International Version (NIV)
3 But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. 2 People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3 without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, 4 treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.

6 They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over gullible women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, 7 always learning but never able to come to a knowledge of the truth. 8 Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these teachers oppose the truth. They are men of depraved minds, who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected. 9 But they will not get very far because, as in the case of those men, their folly will be clear to everyone."

Ok, so here it is speaking of people who had the opportunity to follow truth, but opposed it and became false teachers instead. There's plenty of those today. I believe we should still pray for them to return to the light. Even Satanists can be saved if they choose repentance.

1 John 4

Love Comes from God

7Beloved, let us love one another, because love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 8Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.

9This is how God’s love was revealed among us: God sent His one and only Son into the world, so that we might live through Him. 10And love consists in this: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins.

11Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God remains in us, and His love is perfected in us. 13By this we know that we remain in Him, and He in us: He has given us of His Spirit. 14And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent His Son to be the Savior of the world.

15If anyone confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. 16And we have come to know and believe the love that God has for us. God is love; whoever abides in love abides in God, and God in him. 17In this way, love has been perfected among us, so that we may have confidence on the day of judgment; for in this world we are just like Him.

18There is no fear in love, but perfect love drives out fear, because fear involves punishment. The one who fears has not been perfected in love. 19We love because He first loved us.

20If anyone says, “I love God,” but hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen. 21And we have this commandment from Him: Whoever loves God must love his brother as well.
