Is this God's plan for my life, or Satan's plan? How do I tell?

Violent Video Games Trigger Physical Aggression
Do Violent Video Games Trigger Aggression?

Study concluded that “violent video game play is positively associated with aggressive behavior, aggressive cognition, and aggressive affect, as well as negatively associated with empathy for victims of violence and with prosocial behavior.”
-

Proverbs 23:7 states, “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.” If young people consume a steady diet of violent games and other violent forms of entertainment, they will become more violent.

Entertaining ourselves with the real or imagined suffering of others is in direct opposition to Philippians 4:8, which admonishes us to dwell on those things that are just, pure, lovely and of good report, and Philippians 2:5, which commands that we allow the mind of Christ to dwell in us.

Satan is filled with wrath, the ‘prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience.’

Some of Satan’s greatest tools for spreading his vile wrath are found right in our homes, and that is the influence from television, movies, music, video games and the Internet.

James 4:7 instructs us on how to resist Satan’s influence. “Submit yourselves therefore to God.
Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”

We resist the devil by clinging to God and His Word, by filling our minds not with violent content from video games, but with the truth of God.

Philippians 2:12 (KJV)
Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear
and trembling.

I wouldn’t say video games are a waste of time or sports. It’s all about moderation. Plus, some video games like grand strategy are mentally challenging and helps to developer your analytic skills.

On sports:

Alright, whatever. You're not getting what I'm saying.

Okay, let me explain it this way. Both God and Satan direct our paths and tell us what to do with our lives correct? Scripture even says so this is NOT something I'm making up. See Proverbs 3:5-6, Proverbs 16:9, Isaiah 48:17, Psalm 48:14, Isaiah 58:11, Ephesians 2:10)

Sorry that I cannot tell whether a guidance is from the Holy Spirit or from Satan and asked for advice. It has nothing to do with "finding a good reason to try it one last time" it has to do with the directions of either the Holy Spirit or Satan! My own desires are NOT in factor here TRUST ME! I do NOT want to spread the gospel. I want to hide in my hole and be a be a loser for the rest of my life! NEVER praying to God, NEVER reading the Bible, and I want to do absolutely nothing with my life BUT DIE!!! Alright? That's how I've been for almost my ENTIRE life. I've been waiting for death for over 33 years now. In fact, I never even wanted to be born into this world in the FIRST place! You can ask my mom what the biggest desire of my heart was/is. It was to be a miscarriage and so that only my sister could be her only child! Or it was to be a miscarriage and have one of my other moms miscarriages survive (She had 2 miscarriages in-between my sister and I.). THAT is what I've desired for all of my life! It wasn't helped by my father's constant "I wish you were never born" statements either. I just agreed with him. I do NOT want to be in this world. It is only GOD who wants me to be in this world! Now, all of a sudden I get these "Godly" desires and I desire to spend more time with God by reading the bible more, praying more, wanting to spread the gospel and God's word, bring kindness to other people, and just all and all spread the word of God! And all of a sudden they're from my OWN desires? NO THEY'RE NOT! If I was going by my own desires I would do NOTHING but WASTE the rest of my life away so that I can be with CHRIST without rewards! Honestly, I could give two living craps whether I have rewards or not! It's God that wants rewards for me! It's God that desired me to be born and to be alive despite me NEVER seeing or UNDERSTANDING WHY! That's not Satan. As God’s enemy, the Devil’s primary plan and purpose is to hinder God’s work in our lives and SEPARATE us from Him. NOT BRING US CLOSER TO HIM AND TO DO GOD'S WORK!

So, that's my answer... Satan wouldn't want me to spread the gospel and to convert new souls and bring new souls to Christ? Satan wouldn't desire me to have eternal rewards. Those things come from God. So, thank you. By angering me you've given me the answer. But, ofc that wasn't your intention. Meh. Either way, thank you.
All the verses you gave show God’s power.

What are the verses that show Satan has power to bless or give gifts, as you earlier proposed?

We are commanded to adhere to that which is good and abstain from all appearances of evil. We are led by the Holy Spirit which dwells in us. It doesn’t matter what we are good at or not good at, God will guide us where he sees fit. Sometimes we wont want to go where God is telling us to go, I.E. Jonah. We have to make decisions based on God’s word and not our fleshly feelings. Proverb 14:11 states “There is a way that seemeth right to a man but the end thereof are the ways of death”. It seems like these games are something that you have forsaken in the past, but somehow you got back into them. I agree the content of these games are evil and spawn of the devil. But are not the sinners of the world also? I have witnessed to people in places that was crawling with evil and the spirit of God turned their hearts. If you let these games consume you and take time away from Jesus then it is wrong. If you are spending most of your time chatting and “Planting seeds” then this is good. The Holy Spirit will convict you when you are headed in the wrong direction. If you ever need a friend to talk to message me.
