No, he didn't. He made it clear he didn't want ILLEGAL Hispanics to come in, and called a few different Latino gangs some pretty nasty things, but he isn't against all Hispanics. I have a really close Christian friend who is a Liberal and a college professor who has tried repeatedly tried to make this racism case stick because of Trump and his border control. But as I pointed out to him, and as he finally realized, Trump has >>NEVER<< been against people from Mexico or Central America... only against those who cross the border ILLEGALLY. That isn't racism... that is standing up for the legal tax paying citizens of this country! But, haters will hate.
Ohhh, so is this what you are referring to? Enforcing immigration law is not racism. Examples of racism are when Trump said he didn't want people who came from expletive countries. And the incident where he told congresswomen to go back to your own countries and fix them before telling us how to fix America. That's discrimination based on country of origin, and that's classic racism.

Said Congress person doesn’t like our country.

After she fixes Somalia, maybe she can show us how it’s done.

That was the point.

She offers nothing and has done nothing in Congress to improve anything. Rather than Tweeting, she should propose some legislation.

No, it isn't but my taking the time to explain it to you will only fall on deaf ears. Have a great day.

That's pretty much it... she can't stand our system, she is a law breaker... , she openly HATES a close ally, and if she hates this country and it's friends she should leave it and go wherever. That isn't racism... racism would have been shown if Trump singled out her skin color. Clearly it is her THOUGHTS he find offensive (as do I) not WHO or WHAT she is.

That's not the expressed sentiment. The expressed sentiment is first fix the country you came from then we'll listen to you.

He addressed his tweet at 4 congresswomen, not 1. Three of those 4 were born in the US. And where did you get the idea any of them hate America? Is it because they dare criticize the United States?

After she fixes Somalia, maybe she can show us how it’s done.
Why would she need to fix Somalia when she was elected to help fix the US?

That was the point.
It was a stupid point. Hateful and racist, to boot.

She offers nothing and has done nothing in Congress to improve anything. Rather than Tweeting, she should propose some legislation.
How’s that Republican healthcare plan coming along?

Racism is not actually about skin color, it's about prejudice based on race. Skin color is simply one way of identifying a race.

And yet it's always assumed to be racism if the person being referenced is of a different skin color.

How does that tag line make it any better? Please explain how it invalidates the offensiveness of the first part.

I was simply correcting the poster on exactly what was said. It's surprising how many times people get that part of the tweet wrong even though it's right there in black and white for people to see simply by doing a google search for it.

Yeah. Because she is bashing our country.

If she has so many ideas she should show us how it’s done, instead of empty rhetoric which is her style.

Put all the words in context.

Yeah. Because she is bashing our country.
No, she is bashing some of the present polices of our country, which as an American she is free to do. As a member of Congress, it is actually her duty.

I used her an an EXAMPLE... I know what racism is. The root of the word is race.

You, and so many others, just blow right past the point because of your hatred for this man. It is not ones race that gets singled out, is HOW THEY THINK.

Why don't you all who spend so much time on Trump... spend even seconds on a guy like Sanders who wants the US tax dollars to fund abortions in specifically "third world nations" which are made of what, rich whites? Nope... Hispanics and blacks in most cases. That is a racist comment and that is ignored by the left completely and that is sad my friend.

That's how she "fixes" the country she elected to fix. It seems that the actual ideas on how to fix things is assumed to come when elected to office. That's how candidates usually operate. Now she's in office and still has that empty rhetoric, and of course attacks on others who are also elected.

"bashing some of the present polices of our country" is her duty? Was that the platform she ran on?

That part always gets brought in to somehow make the statement better. It doesn’t. I fail to see how and for some reason, you won’t explain how. It doesn’t change what was said just before it. This is a case where the entire context of the tweet doesn’t change the part that is offensive. Telling people to go back where they came from doesn’t become a nice thing to say just because you invite them to come back afterwards. No American needs to be told to go anywhere and if the president doesn’t like it, that’s just too bad.

That is why she fundraises for CAIR, a subsidiary of Hamas, sponsored by terrorist organizations

Yeah. Because she is bashing our country.
When did she do this? How was she “bashing our country” and why do you create a separation between her and us? Do you not understand it is her country as well?
