If people understand the wisdom behind God's commandments, then they have cast aside the traditional ways of man and seen us for what we are.

Hi, we have been freed from the Law being our overseers once it has led us to Christ as our Savior. The Law is like the taskmaster in Egypt. Always demanding more but giving no power to make the bricks and all the other demands still of the Law still with it demands hanging over us, Constantly demanding, constantly judging you constantly against anyone under it. really enjoyed your post thanks.

Thank you. Freedom from the law and the bondage of its impossible demands on our flesh is the key to approaching our God with confidence (Hebrews 4:16). We cannot get to know our God under the law (Galatians 3:10). Only through His grace can we begin to experience His unconditional love (Romans 8:35-38), total acceptance (Romans 15:7), complete forgiveness (Romans 4:8), and His resurrected life in us (Romans 5:10). Amen!

The Word of God did not take away any Law, and Paul isn't suggesting that the Law was nailed to the cross - and that it is no longer applicable.

One of the names of the Redeemer (known as "Jesus") is The Word of God. The Law was given to Moses by the Most High God - it wasn't given by Moses. So, when Moses "heard" the Most High God give him the Law, it was the Word of God Himself. Therefore, the Law is the Word of God.

Paul was showing all of us exactly what happened: The Law of God (The Word of God Himself) was LITERALLY nailed to the cross.

Now, the Word of God Himself just told us He didn't come to abolish the Law; if He is the literal Word of God, and the Law is part of the Word of God, then it would be ridiculous for Him to abolish the Law in any way - He would be abolishing Himself. Indeed, the Word of God Himself never actually gave us permission to break any law He has previously given us - ever.

Paul can be confusing, but he never suggested that we can be disobedient to the Law of the Most High God. Christ vindicated the Most High God by showing His Laws were not impossible for a (hu)man, despite what He was accused of by His own people.

Funny how we can be right but only to a point and then we jump of the tracks. Titus 2 tells us how Christians are to live in this time we wait for Christ to return.

But the big error is whether some one is claiming that Christ put an end to the Law. The Law was like the taskmasters in Egypt . What would the Lord say if the Israelites continued to live under them after He had freed them from them. Same principles. It isn't that the taskmasters were at an end they were still active in Egypt they still functioned where they were meant to function. But the children had gone on to serve in the new way God intended His children to live Love God and love all men for all the rest of the Law whether you speak of the ten or the entire O. T. Law it can only be fulfilled by Love and that being so the Law was left for those who would not live under this newly given maturity and freedom. Scripture tells us the choice is ours we can return to the bondage of the Law or the freedom of Grace. One heaps humiliation on Christ again, the Law, while Grace declares His glory and mercy to the entire world

Clearly we are unequipped to follow the entire Law perfectly, but that isn't the point. We don't throw the baby out with the bathwater and say, "forget the obligation to obedience to the Law!" - we take the GRACE given to us by the sacrifice of the Word of God Himself, and say, "Let's try to be just like Him - honoring the Father with love and obedience." He will correct us along the way and show us how and in what quality to follow the Law - but we have to understand obedience to the Law is an expectation that comes with being who we say we are (Christians). We can now follow the Law without the burden of penalty (read: death), because that is the GRACE afforded to us by the sacrifice of the Word of God (and, His resurrection because of His Perfection as Son of Man), and the promise afforded to us by the New Covenant, and technically the Old Covenant given by the Most High God.

Also, Jesus says for us not to put new wine into old wineskins otherwise they will burst.

your right we do not throw the baby out with bathwater, Neither are we called to live but the Law which has no Grace in it and places men in the position serve or die. When the Lord lifted the curtain between the seen and the unseen we were shown Satan making the claim "Job" only serves because he has no choice which is what Saint says when men are under Law. But when men are under the Royal Law of Love where there is no do it or else instead its a do it because you love and are free to do so. Enjoying exchanging ideas with you. thanks

Christ can help us to overcome the power of grievous sin in our lives. We don't have to steal, lies, cheat, lust, etc.; Or live for ourselves alone instead of living to serve the King and in loving others. Ephesians 5:25-27 says that Christ died for us so that He might sanctify and cleanse us with the washing of the water of the Word (Scripture) so that we might present to Himself a church that is holy, and blameless. Same line of thinking here in Titus 2:14. Titus 2:15 is saying that we should tell others these things and do not let them disregard what we say on this matter. Meaning, we should fight the good fight and defend the faith. Of course this should be done in love and respect.

The Law is Perfect Grace. All of the prophecies and messages point to our victory over the very thing that had (past tense) us under a curse. Now that Someone has Perfectly followed all of the Law, not only did that Person vindicate the Most High God, but He also made a way for us to be alive again.

Christ is the Word of God personafied. The Law of the Most High God is part of the Word of God. If we say the Law is without Grace, we are saying the Word of God Himself is without Grace. He wouldn't have sacrificed Himself for a bunch of stiff-necked people if He wasn't Gracious.

We definitely have a duty to love, but the Law of Love is the same Law that we saw from Jeremiah, Noah, David, Moses, Enoch and so on. We are now free to love and be obedient even if we cannot be perfectly obedient - because we have been given GRACE by the sacrifice and resurrection of the Word of God. None of the Law has been removed, made inert or void unless the Most High God, or the Word of God Himself have said so. Is there any place in the canon, apocrypha or gnostics that directly show the Word of God or the Most High God giving us permission to put aside any of His Law? Or, has man made this dogma of setting aside Law and replacing it with a philosophy? We have to be very careful about where and how we align ourselves with the Most High God. Don't let any human (including me) tell you that the Most High God doesn't expect us to be obedient to every word He has ever said.

quite the contrary. There is a GWTJ that all men will stand before. Some before the go to eternal damnation or hell the rest are at the GWTJ before the enter eternity with the Christ.

The Goats will stand before the Ancient of Days, The Judge, Jesus Christ. These are men who rejected the Lamb of God paying their Wages of Sin is death bill and will have to pay the bills death on their own, They will be tossed into the LOF, also known as the Second Death. Notice hell playing a very prominent roll for from being obsolete.

Next we come to the Good Shepherd's flock and His sheep now must go through judgment seat of Christ where our WORKS not US are judged. Some will have their works burned up but they will not be lost their salvation was assured when we accepted the Lord as the payer of the Wages of Sin bill and there is no second death for those in Christ Jesus. What works come through the fire receive reward those that do not suffer loss but not of their salvation.

The LOF crew will have plenty do for those who make the error of going under the Covenant representing Hagar and Ishmael they will never share in the inheritance with the Covenant represented by Sarah and Isaac. looking forward to your next post, thanks

What you are talking about is Rabbinic Halakha/Gezeirot/Takkanot. These are non-Torah Rabbinic hedges/fences around the original law as to try and not break it.

ALL of it? No one, not even Yeshua could obey ALL of it. Observance always changes depending on the circumstances at an one time. I mean, there is no Temple so none of those can be kept...

Anyway, you did not answer my question:
