1. Give the position to someone who would actually know what they were doing
Where are you going to find someone that actually knows what they are doing?

I would go to McDonald's and have my photo taken there with the whole crew.

Sounds like a fantasy football game.
1. Close the Federal Reserve and print interest free treasury notes, declaring that Fed did not run central banks according to their mandate for the welfare of the people, thus nullifying the usurious interest debt fraudulently saddled onto the next 3 generations.
2. Bring proof forward that the 16th amendment was never fully ratified, nullifying the income tax, and shut down the IRS which is a Gestapo force.
3. Work with the state governments to ratify an amendment for term limits on Congress.
4. Work with the states to repeal the 17th amendment, removing the popular vote for Senators, to restore state representation of Senators to the Federal government.
5. Get congress to close the NEA and eliminate public schools which are government indoctrination centers.
6. Work with states to remove property tax, which was voluntary originally, but made compulsory with threats of property confiscation.
7. Work with states to restore their Traffic Codes to their original intent for licensing chauffeurs, bus drivers, cab drivers all others who make their living from the publicly funded roads owned by the people. According to early SCOTUS rulings, all Americans have the right to travel on their roads with permission (license) from the state. This eliminates the road tax called traffic tickets.
8. Work with states and congress to add a constitutional amendment changing international treaties as equal to the Constitution, making the US Constitution higher than all treaties signed so no treaty is valid if it contradicts the rights of the Constitution.
Article 6
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land;

I don't have 10 off the top of my head. And I recognize this as a fantasy list, not based in reality. To actually make such changes is a massive undertaking requiring larger public support.

Shamelessly and without any hesitation:

1. Repeal the NFA and the GCA; institute a national firearms licensing program that includes training/private storage requirements
2. Cancel the wall
3. Defund California, Washington, and Oregon completely
4. Defund entitlement programs and subsidies that give benefits to illegal immigrants
5. Ask Congress to call a Convention of States under Article V.
6. Implement a national heartbeat bill protecting a baby's right to life
7. Cancel common core
8. Ban coal completely, ask that all coal industries retool to nuclear
9. Pull all troops back from the middle east, and cut DoD by 50%
10. Give the taxpayers back all the money these policies saved them while bringing the deficit back to a reasonable level

I would start by carefully reviewing all of Donald Trumps executive orders and signing one of my own reversing most of his. That was fun time, after that I would settle down and get to work. Hmmmmmmmmm, that was just three.

Move somewhere else rather than the frozen wasteland that the U.S. has become because a wicked fairy stepmother probably took it literally when I said, "Yes, I'll agree to be President when hell freezes over" and decided to grant that "wish".

Yeah, I am actually encouraged, for example, by the state responses to the infanticide of failed abortions. States need to regain their sovereignty over the Federal government. We, I believe, are upside down. I believe the founding fathers saw the citizens as the sovereigns, and states as servants of the sovereigns, with the federal government as servant to the states. Now it is the other way around. The fed has assumed top dog position with the states subservient to them, and citizens as the serfs of the fiefdom.

You know there's a strong grassroots movement for a CoS?
