Hi, as you would have gathered, I'm new here...
Why have I joined? The bottom line is I'm hoping to find fellowship with like-minded people... I am one of those who have had the privilege of being raised a in a Christian home. I was put through a Christian Homeschooling program where I discovered the Lord for myself and heard His call to follow Him... no matter what the cost.

This led me to leaving home at a young age to serve Him in a ministry far away from home, where I've been for the last 13 years. Now, at the age of 30, the Lord has brought me into a new season where He has sent me back home to wait for Him to open the next door in my life; where like Abraham when he offered Isaac, everything I know and love is on the altar whilst I wait in faith for Him to resurrect it.

I live in Zimbabwe, which is a challenge in itself, but in the midst of economic melt down, this is the context where the Lord has called me to seek Him and find Him. It is on a national level too, that we ard holding onto His Word and waiting for resurrection.

All my life my quest has been to "flee youthful lusts and PURSUE righteousness, faith, love and holiness ALONG with those who call on the Lord with a pure heart." (2 Tim. 2:22)
I have discovered that those people are few and far between, which has what has led me to "search abroad" for undiluted fellowship where people are not afraid to "go forth to Him, outside the camp, and bear His reproach" as we, like Moses, choose the reproach of Christ rather than live in the pleasures of Egypt (Heb. 13:13, 11:25).

Hi Tina (@TimothyGirl), WELCOME TO CF  Thank you for sharing a little bit about yourself with us, especially how the Lord is continuing His work in and through your life :)

God bless you! (Numbers 6:24-26)

1 Thessalonians 5
23 May the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit and soul and body
be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
24 Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass.

Hello there,

Welcome! And bless you for the service that you have already given and are still giving of yourself to the glory of the Lord. May He hear your prayers and answer them, as only He can. I pray for doors to open for you and that you will be well equipped to do the next season of service. May He bless you and keep you tucked safely under the shadow of His wing. He is faithful.
