I don't know what happened to me, but there is some onset of unbelief in me.

I was born in a family of father being a Hindu and mother being a Christian. I grew up being a Christian and gave my life to Christ when I was 22 and right now I am 31 and these 9 years of my walk with Christ, I have seen amazing things. I have seen Jesus coming into my dreams and telling about my mother's death. I have seen him healing my diabetes and plenty of my prayers come true.

I am a person who has experienced God's power first hand and somehow a part of unbelief entered me.
I am getting these feelings, " What if there is a God much powerful than our triune God" what if Christianity isn't the only one way. The scripture that triggered me is where Jesus says, in the future there will come people who does things that will even deceive the elect.

I am praying with faith that whatever demon is causing me this will stop attacking me. I feel idiotic considering that I have witnessed such great works of God in my life and still end up having this unbelief. It would also be nice if any of you could join me in a fast together so we can pray for a deliverance. If you are interested to fast and pray together, please send me a direct message, I will pray for your issues and you can pray for mine. But please keep me in your prayers. But this unbelief is making me a skeptic and making me question everything, even the scriptures. Whatever stronghold or demon it is, I need your prayers. Please help me.

Praying. By your own testimony God has manifested Himself in your walk with Him. That is God building your faith. Is there any other? No. Who other than the God of the Holy Scriptures loves the way He does?

Technically when he said things were coming that would deceive even the elect he meant, that cults were coming (JW's, Mormons, westboro baptist church, ..etc) and that many Anti Christs, False Prophets (Muhammad & Joseph Smith to name a few).

You're not a member of a cult are you? Or follow a false prophet do you? Or you don't see Satan, The Antichrist, and the false prophet running around deceiving the nations into joining Satan's army do you? Than you have nothing to worry about.

Christ is THE way and the ONLY way. As long as you obey Christ and his teachings as contained in the Bible, you will be fine.

We all have periods of doubt when God tests our faith, that's normal. What isn't normal is giving into those temptations that just shows that you never had the Holy Spirit and were saved in the first place.

Will be praying for you though.

That is wise that you are going to fast. You might also want to look back to when you first started doubting. Just a thought, but sometimes doubt creeps in when we engage in things we knew better to avoid, or avoided things we knew we should do. See if just maybe you see some kind of correlation.

I pray for your freedom and a greater walk of faith than you currently can imagine.

The things of this world will come against you in whatever way they think they can possibly tempt you.
You are born into a mixed family of very different religion, what is really bugging your faith in Christ?
Is it other people? Jesus teaches us not to be worried about the things of this world, only in Him can you have peace, and it is a peace which passes understanding.

You stand on so many reasons to believe, but the "what if" voices that challenge you stand on nothing. Why should they persuade you to step down from your reasons to believe, when they have no reasons themselves to stand on. We should remain standing on the hill top of reasons, not jump into the water to stand on nothing simply because the water calls out to us with empty claims.

Father, may we remember that FAITH comes by receiving Your Word, Romans 10:17, not by experiences, dreams, feelings, etc. May we be focused on Your Word, not on the thoughts that come from within us, even if they seem to be "good" thoughts. May we not let Satan deceive us by following what appears to be good, but is not really the truth of Your Word. 2 Corinthians 2:11; 2 Corinthians 11:13-15; John 7:24.

When David and his men returned to camp and found their dwellings burnt and their families gone, it states he and his men wept until they couldnt. His men, who had just fought with him, talked about killing him. But David encouraged himself in the Lord. I Sam 30

Like David in spite of what's going on, encouraging you to accelerate in your praise and worship to God.

Praying for you. Believing that you will see Him faithful.

These things often come as tests of your faith, will you cave in to it or will you dive into the word of God and seek your assurance, We have battles but in the long run the war is already won. The truth is in the word not in your emotions. We can all get these tests, what I do is command them to depart from me and ask Jesus in the name of Christ to kindly escort them out of my life. He is faithful every time ! It's as if He is just waiting to hear those words from us.

Nothing Satan likes better than for you to get bogged down with this, don't play his silly game. Command in the name of Jesus this spirit that has overcome you to depart and ask Jesus Christ to keep it marching away from you.

There are only two powers in this world, which one are you going to work with and listen to ? Jesus doesn't give us a spirit of fear or confusion, if you are getting that it's not from Him, so you have no use for the feeling or it's source, reject it then. This is not about a feeling or emotion that you try to overcome, it's decision you make. You decide to reject negativity and embrace Jesus Christ and His word. Cast those thoughts down and crush them in the head by the name of Jesus Christ. This is a simple thought process, envision grabbing those thoughts and casting them to the ground and then crushing them. And it's scriptural to do so. 2 Corinthians 10:5 .

I think I lost my faith once. Doubts came in from every angle, from the feelings, from the rational mind, from the scripture, from outside. It lasted for some time. My faith was crumbling and I was extremely distressed, like the ground was being swept away beneath me. So I prayed an honest prayer and told the very God I was doubting that I didn't know how to believe in Him anymore, I didn't know what to make of the scripture anymore, and that "I can't do this. You must do this. Take care of my faith, because I don't know anything anymore. I don't know. If someone knows, You know. Take care of my faith". I bypassed my unbelief, stopped staring at my need to be certain of all things, and went straight to God in my defeat, with all that baggage and doubt I held against Him.

My faith, although at times stumbling, is a lot stronger now. I do not depend on my understanding anymore. I don't have to be convinced anymore. I don't even depend on the strength of my faith anymore, I just depend on God and Christ. I can leave everything to God, even my doubts. If I am weak, God certainly isn't. He can mold and increase our faith in many ways. Sometimes the "lens" of our faith needs serious cleansing, perhaps sometimes it needs to be replaced. But the lens itself isn't God. Sometimes we look at our faith itself like it is God, like it contains all that God is for us, and when our faith is weak we can easily start doubting God as well. But that isn't true, it's our weakness and blindness, not His, and He is very good at dealing with our weaknesses. Sometimes, at least in my case, I've had to come to the end of myself in many things. I've had to "lose" often. Dependence follows, and a faith that isn't interested in its own strength, but in the strength and love of God Himself - and then I can take every bit of faith as a gift, which I believe it to be.

I have no idea if that helped you in any way, but I will pray for you nevertheless.
