Good night! Our God is watching over you!

God bless all my forum friends,
When Christians pray, Stuff happens,

YES made it to Church, and it was so good.
I seem to know so many people there,
Praise the Lord for this morning,

May the Lord bless all my friends in Jesus precious name, a special blessing for quietbloke, looking after his wife's parents.
God bless us all with sleep tonight

As we leave another day behind, we leave behind the things that have bothered us and worried us, remembering that tomorrow is a brand new day. As Psalm 127:2 states "It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved". If God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe us (Matthew 6:30). We do not need to worry about tomorrow (Matthew 6:34).

From the rising of the sun to it's setting, the Lord's name will continued to be praised! Enthroned on high, he stoops down to see the heavens and the earth and to attend to those who need Him (Psalms 113:3-6).

Praise the Lord!

Be not afraid, but, but,
The pain builds at night in my right leg,

It was lovely to see my piano pupils back today after the holidays. I thank God for them.

Praying that you will sleep and rest tonight, that you will be free of pain, and refreshed in the morning. Glad you had a good time today with your piano pupils.
I've just eaten some strawberries from a tin that didn't taste right, so hoping that I will survive the night - going to be busy day tomorrow

I am awake, on the night watch again tonight, leg pain but too early for tablets.
Cocoa in hand and an egg scrambled, I may try again to sleep soon.
Psalms 91
Verse 14
Because he loves me, says the Lord, I will rescue him.
I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name...
Such a wonderful Psalm,
Verse 11
For he will command his angels Concerning you
To guard you in all your ways...

Thank you for your angels to protect us.
I pray for you, Andrew, for no I'll effects from the strawberries.

Hoping you managed to eventually get some sleep - and praying that you will have a better night's rest tonight.
Thankfully the strawberries had no ill effects - they must have just tasted funny!

The days are definitely getting shorter now as we head towards autumn and winter. I love the summer where we can go out and enjoy the lighter evenings. But equally I love spending time in a warm home on the cooler darker nights. It makes me appreciate my home even more!

I have given up on the tablets, I think they caused the leg pains. Any problems and I have them ready to take.

On the 'midnight watch' tonight, after effects of the tablets, they were very powerful.
Or... maybe it was the chocolate pudding I had for supper... a dose of bicarb, should help.
I love this verse from 2 Corinthians 4 16
Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.
17 For our light affliction, which is for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory...

That sounds wonderful, I used to make lots of puddings when the children were at home.... but now they have an awful habit of depositing round the waist,

The day's gone far too quickly today. Or is it because the daylight hours are getting shorter?
Praying for a peaceful and refreshing night's sleep!
