If you think there is a grand conspiracy you need to provide a complete outline of what that entails, who is involved, and how the entire scientific community is part of said conspiracy.

Firstly, it is not the "only" conspiracy. This world has always been and is exceptionally full of conspiracies by those that are in power or rule.

We are at the mercy of what they tell us.. Mostly from the media who parrot what they are given as news from their sources... Do you trust the media?

Then, you have the whole science culture...

Ya.. some of it is reality. We get airplanes and toasters, microwaves, cell phones, TV and electricity from applied science.

However, I sincerely believe that all of this theoretical stuff.... is just that.. .theory... and it is used to the benefit of those that pay for it. Most of all.. it is used to take my money, your money and play on your human emotion and caring for others..

You don't want to look like a person who doesn't care about the future of our grand kids... the news tells you that they are going to fry.... due to your negligence... You don't want too look like you're selfish... So.. you take what they are telling you because. .well... they know. They say so... the news is telling us it's truth...

This is so far fetched. So out of the hundreds of thousands of scientists in the world, none have decided to blow the whistle? Not one would rather speak the truth than pocket the money? Such a widespread conspiracy has never occurred.

Who are the people pulling the strings exactly?

Scientists were warning about climate change before governments were on board. Who was pulling the strings then?

Why is the U.S. government currently suppressing climate science?

Scientists are paid to study - by the time they submit their outcomes, they’ve already been paid. So how does this work again?

Surely you can backup your claim of some kind of worldwide conspiracy involving the entire scientific community, and tell us who exactly is pulling the strings, when it started, and what their goal is? How exactly are scientists forced to produce data that is incorrect - are there any first hand accounts of this? Why hadn’t anyone of the hundreds of thousands of scientists blown the whistle? You just have this vague idea of a conspiracy with no evidence. If you had the answers, you would have posted them. Instead you change the subject.

This took a couple of minutes... I could find more with much more detail but it's late...

there may be climate change (global warming) because the earth is slowly inching toward the sun. but it's nothing for us to panic about because we will be long gone by the time it's a problem.

You are the evidence or a worldwide political conspiracy. You say "all scientists" and the "entire scientific community." Do you have evidence for that other than leftists regularly use those phrases as part of the con?

Nope I was not missing a few years. I specifically said until recently. And thank you for proving my point. Not a word from the "scientific community;" not a word from mainstream media about the yearly records of ice in the Antarctic.
With one voice fearmongering that the polar ice caps have disappeared. Until of course as your graph points out. We had a couple of warm years in the Antarctic. Then and only then was the Antarctic news. That is called a conspiracy. By the way. Real scientists reported the data. Why didn't you ever hear about it during the decade of fever pitched news that the Arctic Ice cap was gone for good?

I feel it's an embarrassment that the United States, under the leadership of Trump, is wanting to have us stick our head where the sun doesn't shine in regards to climate change while our peer countries shake their heads at the spectacle.
