Nothing will happen. Politics will return to boring formula government. Formula is an American thing like with formula music or tv shows. Mundane and predictable. Look at Biden as an example of old school politics.

In fact yes. Violent protesters destroying public and private property. There were some assaults if memory serves.
The protests even extended to other public figures...!

My apologies, this was a poorly executed thread. I guess my point was, we are an angry country. Civility in all but the smallest of towns has disappeared, and rude and boorish behavior rule. We have become grossly polarized, to the point that we hold absolutely no respect or tolerance for opposing viewpoints. It's only a matter of time before we dissolve into total anarchy and revolution, steps which will be necessary to bring in the antichrist's rule. So the question is, if Trump loses, will that be the trigger point for such things? Or will it get even worse before it gets even worse?

The worst on-going action against Obama was questioning his citizenship. After a while, it was just saber-rattling. Since they didn't have enough evidence to go to court, they kept bringing it back to the "court" of public opinion.

I did not like him and some particular policies, but if you are going to make legal accusations, put up or shut up. The court of public opinion is a poor (and underhanded) substitute.

All my neighbors plan to vote against him, especially those in the mid west. Trouble is, their only choice will be to replace one bad apple with yet another. When did we go from voting for the best candidate to voting for the lesser evil?
When Christians gave up being for real and sought ear tickling preachers instead. "In a democracy, Christians get who they pray for." (Derek Prince). God is trying to get your attention. So far, so bad.

A very nice way of putting the current state of our country Ricky. I definitely think when Trump is out of office, someone far worse will take his place. At the moment, there's a crazy amount of agendas all working simultaneously and whoever is put into place next, will only further push those agendas. In America, we have it pretty good compared to the rest of the west...but that's only because of our Constitution. There are plenty who want to get into a position of power to actively take those rights away from average day citizens, and I believe us Christians will certainly be the first targets when all of this comes to pass. All in all, it's definitely going to get worse no matter which way you look at it, but we have Jesus's return to look forward to!

if he doesn't win i suspect a great exodus of the rich. those left will be forced to take care of illegals. law-abiding civilians will have their guns taken away. law enforcement will be ordered to stand down and not protect them. white Christians and law enforcement will be considered terrorists. anyone who speaks against socialism will be penalized. the republican party will be abolished. all this is not my thoughts. it has actually been said by some of the dem candidates for president.

I fear his supporters, a well armed group, will be rioting in the streets.

It depends on the Democratic candidate. Every Democrat must vote in the primary election considering that their candidate will have more impact than any candidate in history for their party or for the nation, or the world.

A reasonable person knows that Donald Trump is unhinged. The media isn't becoming "fake" or "biased", they are reporting facts that most Americans accept. There is an increasingly militant part of society that are doubling down on him.

He supported Hilary. He supported abortion. He sleeps with prostitutes and trades in new wives like a car. He lies constantly. He says he is a Christian but he has never asked God for forgiveness.

He has tricked Christians so much that many state they believe supporting him is what God wants.

Nope, that's what liberals do. They did that when Hillary lost. More than likely, they will do the same thing when Obama was reelected. Grumble as they go back to work. I would actually predict that the left will be rioting in the streets in celebration. Like when boston won the world series.

I'm not sure living in fear of one's neighbor is a healthy mindset to have. Perhaps I'm being naive. But I'd prefer to be optimistic looking forward.

Yes. :) We don't live for this world really. We live in it sure, and are to be good citizens, but our hope isn't in this world.

The lost live for this world, their hope is in this world.

The found live for Him, and His kingdom. Their hope in in Him.

I think Donald Trump will adamantly refuse to concede the election and he will bitterly rage on and on about his loss on Twitter. I think he will viciously insult anyone he can think of and blame anyone he can think of for his loss. I think he will also threaten to sue anyone he can think of because he lost the election. He will rile up his loyal supporters to a boiling point where some of them could retaliate with violence. I can envision him inciting violence and calling for retaliation in his tweets and speeches.

Consider what is happening behind the scenes but Trump has chosen to expose. People wonder at Trumps praise of dictators and absolute rule. Yet the fascist Christian powers behind the throne in Washington have also praised Hitler simply because they seek to find a human who can hold sway over the masses and use them to promote Jesus (well actually the Adversary whom they purposely call Jesus). Worldly political saviours, the same anti-Christian things the Jews sought at the time of Jesus.

Unfortunately for them, Trump wouldn't know Jesus from a jackalope but he does admire the power the name invokes just as the RR does.
Trump and the religious right have joined forces and both admire the same men, but if Trump should leave or be forced out, the RR will still continue to search for the ultimate human leader with the Hitleresque qualities who can sway the world to their thinking. It's been doing so now behind the throne since WWII. Anti-Christian activity disguised as Christian and the people gobble it up.
