Recent scientific discoveries support the Urantia Book's account of humans originating in Asia, not Africa.

Google

To me, the question isn't whether humans evolved but in what manner. While secular science says that humans originated in Africa through a natural, gradual process, the Urantia Book says that human evolution happened in Asia relatively rapidly, as to suggest divine causation.

Aah. How convenient. So, by that logic, the 50% of genes received from the mother are completely without original sin, so therefore at least half of women's genes are without original sin, so women, at the very least, only have half as much orginal sin as men. Unfortunately that would mean her other children all have less original sin as well. The maths gets a bit weird for that.

Unless original sin is a sex linked gene. Is that how it works?

Well going by Immaculate Conception - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Mary was without original sin so Jesus wouldn't inherit any sin.

The Immaculate Conception is a dogma of the Catholic Church maintaining that from the moment when she was conceived the Blessed Virgin Mary was kept free of original sin and was filled with the sanctifying grace normally conferred during baptism.[1][2] It is one of the four dogmas in Roman Catholic Mariology. Mary is often called the Immaculata (the Immaculate One), particularly in artistic and cultural contexts.[3]

one thing i like about the urantia book is that it's the only divine revelation i know of that gives a detailed account of human evolution and how it unfolded according to god's plan. the urantia book makes no mention of the discredited piltdown man, even though it was widely accepted as evidence of common descent at the time of its writing. it does, however, state that humans evolved from lemurs, something which hadn't been verified by science until recently.

The Urantia Book On Physical Evolution

as a christian, i read the urantia book because it integrates christian teachings with modern learning like no book that i've ver read.
I bet it gives a detailed account of radiotherapy, the IBM PC, CD players, and the first manned mission to Mars as well, doesn’t it?

But does it reveal important matters, like is Paul McCartney really dead and was that fact exposed through symbolic clues on the famed Abbey Road album cover?
