I asked if what I said is what you're implying.

If everyone gets the gold star, how could we then be special and elite? We must make sure it doesn't happen!

Everyone doesn't "get the gold star" (assuming you're referring to those who are saved and enter Heaven). Those who reject Christ's gift of salvation by going their own way won't. I don't know of anyone who celebrates that either. It's simply the way it is.

And many Christians will do whatever necessary to "lovingly" help people reject Christ all the faster!

How many have so far been removed for overeating after being "lovingly" rebuked and corrected? I personally haven't ever seen it happen in any church anywhere.
Well we do it in the Army and most of the churches I’ve been in are around military installations. There’s always been people offering help with proper nutrition and exercise. It only makes sense because our bodies belong to the Lord.

If everyone were already perfect, there would be no need for churches. But people seem to be so focused on other people's perceived sins, that they take little to no consideration of their own.
Did I argue for perfection?

No, I made the point that love in the Scriptures is always related to obedience.

If unrepentant sin is a condition, then every Christian should be kicked out of church.
That was not my point. I guess we can go on for pages with me making a comment and you adding on another subjective observation.

Maybe you should address directly what others are asking.

Is homosexual relations a sin?

Nope, God gave us his free gift of grace because he loved us unconditionally, not because we did anything to earn it.

Yes, if so many people weren't being harmed by these interactions to the point where they can't see Christ due to all the Christians blocking the way, I wouldn't been very concerned.
It’s blocking Christ if we do not present the Truth.

Take another look at how Jesus actually taught, preached and confronted people. He did not ask the demons nicely to come out. He commanded them to.

He ate and drank with sinners to heal them, not ordain them still in their sin.

Mark 7: NASB

20He continued: “What comes out of a man, that is what defiles him. 21For from within the hearts of men come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery,h 22greed, wickedness, deceit, debauchery, envy, slander, arrogance, and foolishness. 23All these evils come from within, and these are what defile a man.”

You ask a question that is forbidden to be appropriately discussed on CF.

Regardless of whether homosexuality is or isn't a sin, it still does not negate the fact that many Christians have driven people away from their churches and are apparently unwilling to take any responsibility at all for it/ If Christians help to drive others away from Christ, then it seems that there are other religions, including this Satanic temple, who are more than happy to welcome them in, but apparently that's what we want.

The truth we are to present is that Christ died for them while they were yet sinners and offers them a *free* gift of grace to put their trust in him. Then HE through the Holy Spirit will start a process and convict them of any sin. That's not our job. Our job is to love them and be patient and kind while HE does the work. And it's certainly not our commission to drive people away and put up stumbling blocks and obstacles before them.

And when I say "them" it's really all of us.

Again that seems to be the generalization and pseudo narrative you and others would like everyone to believe. That those who preach the Gospel and conduct their churches in the light of Scriptures and the example of the NT church are somehow the problem.

Remember that pseudo narrative pitched on social justice and how Evangelical Christians have no care for those suffering at the border? It got pulled because the OP was thoroughly refuted with facts of large and small Evangelical Christian ministries fully engaged in both sides of the border bringing in truck loads of relief supplies, building respite facilities etc.

It’s not hard to pop the bubble of a false narrative.

Bible says the way of the transgressor is hard. Does seem to be that way, alright. Obviously Christians are not to be oppressors of anyone, but still the way of homosexuals is hard. And it will always be hard. I wonder why Christians are so determined to thwart God's word. Love, kindness, help should always be hallmarks of Christianity, but not blanket acceptance and not pretending wrong is right.

I see, so when the churches all have no one left in them, we can then rejoice in a job well done. We've done it, Lord...we've driven them ALL away from you!

Have you ever wondered why there might be so few to find the path that leads to life?
Yes, they loved the darkness.

I think the question can be answered but not promoted.

Many have said “no” without being cited here. Beyond that we may have to ask the mods.

I sometimes get the impression that some Christians reject other people as Christians because these people worship God differently and pray differently in church or they don't follow the same scriptural interpretation. Christians don't agree on much concerning the Bible. For example, Christians argue whether salvation is eternal or conditional or if a person has to be immersed in water to be baptized.
Those are in house debates.
