I’m thankful for christian music and rock.

I’m also thankful I can stay home when i’m not feeling well and listen to a good sermon I missed and listen to music and read my bible. :)

I am trying to get back into regularly reading my bible. :)

Does your church also record its sermons and post them online for those who could not attend to hear later on? It's a really good idea in my opinion. :)

Yes, it's very useful. Sometimes I will listen to a couple old sermons from a while back, because they are still useful to listen to. Once I was on a road trip with my mom, driving all day on a Sunday, so I downloaded a few sermons ahead of time so we could listen as we drove. :)
Somehow I find listening to the sermons on my own at home to be less distracting then when I'm sitting in church. A few times I've listened to one that I was present in church for and I get more from it listening the second time.

I was surprised by an unexpected blessing last week. Even though I can be skeptical about things working out well, prayer works!
I’m very thankful. :)

I am very thankful for being able to feel loved by friends and family. I know how it feels to feel the opposite. So I am very thankful that I have hope, joy, and peace right now.
I am also thankful for the faith that God has given me so I can get through everything in life with the knowledge that he loves me and cares for me.

Happy Canada Day to all you Canadian CFers out there.

Been having some unseasonably cool weather lately, which is strange for Texas, especially during the summer. However, it's definitely a pleasant break from the heat and extreme humidity, and is welcome to stay as long as it likes.

Today is officially the first day of summer vacation aaaaand it feels amazing!

It was a difficult one this year. Many times I questioned if I would make it but I did!

I'm thankful for music. ^_^ It makes me happy.

I was thinking today about how sometimes something really good and beneficial can come out of something that happens that is terrible. God can bring blessings out of it, and sometimes even through it.

Had a fairly cool day today, despite it being a million degrees (in Fahrenheit) outside.:fire: Went out to eat earlier, and met a server with an awesome sense of humor. One of us asked for ketchup, and he suddenly yells out "BAM", pulling a bottle of ketchup seemingly out of nowhere and planting it firmly on the table haha. I'm certain he could find a side gig as a magician, and he's obviously well-versed in the art of deception. ^_^ As we left, he made sure to wish us a blessed day.

After stopping at another restaurant later on, met another worker with a great sense of humor and personality. He even ended up giving us free drinks due to the heat, and hand delivered our orders to us (rather than waiting for them to be prepped and announced).

It's always refreshing meeting people like that, especially fellow believers.
