This woman should apologize also. At least, she should admit that she made the mistake of jumping to conclusions. It's just the right thing to do.

Fortunately, it didn't happen in Mississippi, and it's not the 1950s. He could have been lynched.

I read it. She called the copps, because the big scary black man looked in her direction. She should be arrested ,time in jail , community service and a nice fine for that alone . There should be no reason for the copp to be called at all.As for the copp he should have to pay for his part.

I agree. She owes him an apology. And an offer to pay his restaurant bill would have been nice.
