Where is hers? Her choice put all of this in motion. Do you feel she isn’t deserving of correction but he is?
They both are.
She has acknowledged her sin and the consequences.

What she did was wrong but he also did wrong too
She didn't wrong you, did she?I forgave her.
What do you think justice looks like for him? This isn't a rhetorical question. I'm asking because I do not know what would be an appropriate punishment under the law for this type of thing.I just want to see justice where he is concerned.

They say we are accountable for every thought - word - or action. I would be afraid to do something to someone that I would not want them to do to me.How will God handle the perpetrator in this situation?
I wish that everyone in the world thought as you do.I would be afraid to do something to someone that I would not want them to do to me.
This is pretty much the golden rule that Jesus teaches.I wish that everyone in the world thought as you do. M-Bob
The consequences for him may not involve punishment. It could involve contrition and a change of heart. He may utilize other experiences to bring him to that place.
But regardless there is consequences in some form....right? Otherwise how will the perpertrator learn/change? If the consequences is a change of heart that will make me feel better. As long as there is some kind of action by God.

It seems that you are desiring for harm of some sort to come upon another. This thought is a prayer to God for harm to come to yourself. What a man thinketh, so is he. Your thoughts arent considered good or bad.....they are considered something that you desire for yourself.. And you will receive it. Then you will understand what this accountability mean.......Or you will, like most, believe that God is against you your wrong is coming to you for no reason at all. What exactly does this mean in terms of what happens to the perpertrator? Being accountable is fine...but what does that really mean?

It would be wiser to wish good fortune and forgiveness for the perpetrator....instead of harm....

If my thoughts/wishes are to be well off financially will it happen...?
I would just leave the consequences for perpetrator up to God. What's important is that he does not come near you and your girlfriend, nor can do any more harm against you two. What's important is that you two can move on in peace without his interference in your lives.
No problem....if everyone knew the truth everyone would be rich and therefore equal.......which would make no one rich....but equal.I have not heard of this interpretation of Proverbs 23:7, but thank you for sharing

What is the difference between your character and what you think about?I think this verse is more about character than positive/ negative thinking:
