Why do you assume they have no training?
Unless the shootings happen when there happens to be swaths of off-duty policy officers, active or retired military personnel etc, chances are it's Joe and Jane doing their weekly shop.

Why do you assume they have no training?
If common sense is assumption, sure.
Adding countless untrained elements with deadly force at their disposal to a situation none of them are trained for is a recipe for disaster.
But if you want to end up in a Wild West shootout in Lowe's, go for it.

Hey, I know that song. "99 good guys with guns in the 'mart."Two good guys in an open-carry state, openly carrying, happen upon each other in a Walmart. Each "sees" the other reaching. Now what?
If you are Black in America, then the answer is yes.Do I get to pull a fire alarm on a woman wearing pants and she gets locked up for terrorising me?
Maybe take that to another thread.......If you are Black in America, then the answer is yes.

A person exercising their second amendment rights is the foundation of stand your ground laws and has been used as a justification in previous cases where an armed person kills unarmed black person and walks away without charges (Michael Dunn is an exception). Ridiculous stunts like this are all part of this ridiculous ideology that places the comfort of walking around brandishing a gun over the comfort of those that want to live in a civilized society. And of course, these extreme views have a lot to do with putting Supreme Court justices on the bench with extreme views on guns.Maybe take that to another thread.......
Then put it that way.......A person exercising their second amendment rights is the foundation of stand your ground laws and has been used as a justification in previous cases where an armed person kills unarmed black person and walks away without charges (Michael Dunn is an exception). Well, since they are 'reaching' they just finish giving each other a celebratory fist bump and go on their way....what did you expect?.....the OK Corral? Two good guys in an open-carry state, openly carrying, happen upon each other in a Walmart. Each "sees" the other reaching. Now what?
Shodown inappropriate content?I like what a french cop said in response to the shodown inappropriate content in the US about 'If I was there I would have killed the terrorist." which was, "If I show up at a scene and see two groups of people shooting each other, I'm likly to kill both groups, I'm not wasting time on figuring out whose the badguys and whose the good guy while lives are at risk."
You better hope he gets to walk away scott free and with a big settlement for his troubles, because that's the only way those silly laws will ever get overturned.A person exercising their second amendment rights is the foundation of stand your ground laws and has been used as a justification in previous cases where an armed person kills unarmed black person and walks away without charges (Michael Dunn is an exception). Shodown inappropriate content?
Man walks into Walmart, after mass shooting at a Walmart deliberately carrying assault rifle and body armour, store acts responsibly. At a minimum he is liable for lost trade.I'm glad this guy did it, and I hope he walks free. Open carry means open carry. If all he did was open carry in a Walmart and shop, then he's supposed to have done nothing wrong. I don't know what all this "making terroristic threats" is. It's called asking which aisle the eggs are on.
Now, if Missouri in fact does NOT want open carry, then change the law. But don't go legalizing it and then arresting anybody who actually does it. I really, really hate liars.
