As explained earlier by Lily - her husband does not wish her to be in contact with an RC Priest. Since her husband is her care giver - and he seems to be very caring - please accept this situation

What about Anglicans; do they have any resources to deal with something like this?

With all due respect, Anglicans (and other denominations) doesn't have by far such resources - and, more, Grace - in order to be effective in such matters.
Now, she must limit (unfortunately) to personal prayer and fasting.

Lily, do you read this?

A very helpful thing (besides of what I wrote in my first message here) is fasting. Wednesday and Friday try to not eat meat, eggs and products from milk. You can eat the same quantity - even more (for the beginning) - just refrain to eat the products which I mentioned above.

If you will constantly keep what I am saying here and, also, in my first message, then you must see improvements, even if, perhaps, at the beginning „the voices” will make more noise.
Praying for you!

Lily you must already have a phone number for the mental health crisis team. Phone them. Perhaps all you need is a few days in hospital. A friend of mine with mental health problems is able to go in for a rest without having to take medications unless she is psychotic.

Once you get through this crisis you can start to look into treatments that are natural and there are many even for psychosis.

i have called them they told me to take extra meds that makes me sleepy or calm me down they also tell me to go to bed and have a cup of tea or a bath that is it the nhs mental health team are useless they will not put me in hospital because my husband is my carer and he has to deal with it weather he copes or not , my friend also has BPD and she has been overdoesing and she has no one to be her carer and they will not put her in hospital she od's nearly everyday she is going to kill herself slowly in the end the Government in the uk will not give more money to the NHS because of brexit and the little amount the nhs gets they dont have the funds to get better ways of dealing with people with mental health issues

Hey, just strolling through hear and saw this thread. Lily I want you to know, you aren't alone. There are many Christians who have this same problem. I also want you to know that God will never abandon nor forsake you, at least that's what he told Joshua. If you told Joshua that, how much more does it apply to you?

No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.
- Joshua 1:5

If he told this to Joshua, how much more will does his faithfulness apply to you, his child? I'm not saying there is nothing wrong here, but God will not let you go to hell. He loves you too much to let you go, ever. He doesn't let sheep out of the flock. He set you apart, that's why we are called the Church (Greek for set apart ones). What I'm trying to say is; stay strong in the faith, love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength, and proclaim and believe that Jesus is Lord and you will be saved.

If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is LORD," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
- Romans 10:9

And since you need a priest to confess to, bit have none, confess to our high priest, Jesus Christ.

Hebrews 2:17-18 NIV
For this reason he had to be made like them, fully human in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people. [18] Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.
Hebrews 4:14-16 NIV
Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. [15] For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are---yet he did not sin. [16] Let us then approach God's throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

Be scared, but never loose faith.
Good bless you

Hyia Lily! :) :)

Do whatever you like - but DO. NOT. ISOLATE yourself.

Don't be afraid - we are here to talk freely about our faith.
About LGBT... ...let us leave this matter and concentrate on Christ. Only in this way we will be cured.

Btw, now that we speak, from where do you have this problem? Which is the cause? (asking with love - perhaps we can help)
