Humans are saved by covenants. All humans after Noah are born with a covenant. They will be judged using the covenant applicable to them. Today, we are all born with a covenant (an old one). We can however choose the New Covenant after grown up.

A covenant is granted by God through the blood of Jesus Christ. The covenant granted to Noah is more like today's credit card. It's granted by Christ blood through the crucifixion couple thousand years later.

Unlike the judgment of Law, the judgment of covenant is a subjective judgment by Christ. That is, when Jesus says that you are saved then you are saved. Of course, Jesus won't do this arbitrarily. He does so in accordance to the covenant applicable to us.

The old covenant granted to gentiles is about how well we can follow our conscience to act. On the Judgment Day, Jesus thus will judge on how well we act by our conscience. He judges not only by our action by but by what are in our hearts. I believe that He also judges by considering all environmental factors in the different ages and different geometrical areas of the different ethnic groups. He will consider everything to see how well we can act by our conscience.

On the other hand, once we pick up the New Covenant then we are the Christians and Jesus will judge us by looking into what faith we have inside us, as by the New Covenant humans/Christians are saved by faith.

Repent and believe? Infants then?
Repent and believe - make a conscious choice to be in the New Covenant.

There is no stated provision in the New Covenant for infants. Unlike the Mosaic covenant, which was joined at birth by virtue of being Jewish, the New Covenant must be joined by choice - an "opt in" type of agreement.

The old covenant granted to gentiles is about how well we can follow our conscience to act.
The "old covenant," aka the Mosaic covenant, did not address gentiles at all except for those living in the Jewish community -the stranger who dwells among you. The previous Abrahamic covenant was again only with Abraham and his descendants; but it was stated that all nations would be blessed thru his family.

the Noahic covenant was not salvic in the sense we think, it stated God would not destroy the whole earth by flood again.

Can you please say what you mean by that
Yes, I should have given you the scripture reference. Usually when I do that when I quote the Bible. Eph2:8,9 "For it is by grace you have been saved through faith, and this not from yourselves; it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast." Clearly we can not work for or earn our salvation. Although we are told that works is evidence that we are saved. This is why we receive rewards or crowns. Although when we consider all Jesus did for us - then we will want to throw our crowns at His feet as the Elders do. " They cast their crowns before the throne, saying: “You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for You created all things; by Your will they exist, and came to be.” (Rev4:11)

Christianity is not the worlds largest religion, the Muslim faith is
Jesus can save Muslims, all people can be saved: "After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands." Rev 9:7 The White Robes and Palm Branches tells us who is saved. There are symbols of purity and peace. Terrorist can not be saved because they do not live a life of peace. We are to have good will toward all people. Luke 2:11 "But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid! For behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people"

He called them dogs and He did not want to give them the children bread.
Interesting aside:

The word our Lord described an adult male dog.
The word the Syro-Phonecian woman used was for a female puppy.

Of course not, legally it's still your child.

Why do you ask?
It was in response to your question:
You are saying we need not be obedient to God in order to be saved?

When we are saved we become children in God's family. It is similar to our earthly family situation. But some feel that if we are not 100% obedient all of the time we are no longer God's children. (or never were to begin with)

Isn't part of being obedient to ask for forgiveness when you havn't been obedient?

Of course. But again, some kids are stubborn and will not do that. Does that mean a father or mother disowns them?

I don't know of anyone who feels we are expected to be 100% obedient. Can you show me one person here that has ever made that claim?

You may not have intended it as such, but In my experience, that comment is used often as attempt to make those who feel we are expected to be obedient, look silly by those who feel obedience has no part in salvation, in order to help defend their "no obedience necessary" claim. Problem is, no one ever actually says we are expected to be 100% obedient.

It's a lot like the deception involved in asking someone if they can become unborn physically, as if that is proof we cannot become unborn again as a Christian. Some will be stunned and think "No, we can't become unborn physically so it must be we can never lose salvation by becoming unborn again". While in reality, it's a trick, of course we cannot go back into the womb, but that has nothing to do with becoming spiritually "unborn again, something that is very possible.

My point, people that need to use little deceptions such as those, make me seriously question their motives. There should be no need of deception to prove anything that is true, yet they use them just the same. See why I'd be skeptical?

Maybe not here, but it was the doctrine I was raised with. Here is as close to a quote as I can give from memory of a visiting speaker at our church when I was in high school: (on a winter sunday evening service)

You can come down here to this alter tonight and get everything right with God. Then you can get up, grab your coat and go out to get in your car, get hit and die and go STRAIGHT TO HELL because you already committed 20 sins you don't even know about before you ever left that back door.

If that isn't a 100% obedience thing 100% of the time I do not know what is.

Problem with that is, with enough disobedience, a Father or Mother may very well disown their child. They might very well say "No, you don't get the reward your brother is getting because you were disobedient and he was not, now go away, we've done out best to get you to act right, and we warned you what would happen if you didn't.

Even if some won't disown their child, we all know God is much more strict with us than a parent might be, because God is much stronger than us. He won't spoil us, when doing so may very well end up messing up the child's future, whether here on earth as with his earthly family or messing up his eternity.

Actually, I do not believe that to be so at all. I believe God is much more gracious and extends 2nd, 3rd, and 1047th chances for us.

The part of "God being much more strict" was a doctrine of the Pharisees. Why did the church believe that from them?

The old covenant of the gentiles is possibly from Noah.
Which entails what exactly???

The Noachide laws? Doubtful. It was a rabbinic invention.

If you read Paul's epistles. Noah's "Law" can be our conscience and moral code embedded in our hearts. So under an older covenant applicable to gentiles, Jesus will judge in accordance to how well humans act by conscience (which is based off a standardized set of laws).

Romans 2:14-15 (NIV2011)
Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law.
They show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts sometimes accusing them and at other times even defending them.
